  1. What's a BSG viper? The rubbery figures could be recast in resin.
  2. Wow that thing is awesome looking, what are the little white tubes in the bottom left in the first pic?
  3. Ah Deutschland, Guten Tag! Wie geht's? That's about the extent of my German
  4. You need to bribe someone when you get back to the states to get you on that show Overhaulin' I'd kill for a Foose hotrod.
  5. Slobbering resin hounds... that's strangely fitting
  6. Hey nuthin wrong with lookin brand new, I prefer my models that way. Besides the ones you had built looked pretty "fresh from the factory" didn't they?
  7. mmmm keep going, I want that ship on display with my other built models. What kind of materials are you using to create the "hump" Anyone got any color shots of this sucker?
  8. I thought you started out wanting to build your own?
  9. I buy them with the intention of building all of them
  10. I think he got it right, not sure what you're referring to? "The best chance of being able to build a bigger model of the Marauder was to locate a Ban Dai Robotech/Macross Zentraedi Glaug Battle Pod. This mecha is what the MAD-3R Marauder was based on, when FASA licensed the Robotech/Macross mecha for use in the Battletech game back in the early 1980’s."
  11. Oh man, and I just bought the crappy AMT version
  12. Ok thanks, there's some sweet add ons for the falcon kit.
  13. Cool there are a lot of those kits out there thanks for the info. Do you know if the A, B, Y Wings are 1/72 as well?
  14. Hey thanks for the photos, you've got some serious modeling skills dude. The Virago does look sinister, when the wings are deployed it kinda looks like a moth... a armed moth.
  15. Wow that slave came out awesome! Great build Mechleader. HWR MkII - What is the Virago, can you post a pic? Also was the Shuttle in 1/72 scale?
  16. Oh man, looks like I'm finally gonna have to buy a toy. That's just too cool. Then I'll have to get a fastpack set for it and then Devin's decal sheets and.... oh no....
  17. Man that thing is looking awesome, you absolutely must cast it and sell it to us. Yes, another talented sculptor joins MW!
  18. must...stick...to...one...scale...
  19. FYI these have all been made in resin before, it's the only way to get a 1/72 Phalanx Destroid. They're very hard to find though but they do surface now and then. Originally available only at WF and put out by a G-Kit company called Patemori Soba.
  20. Cool thanks for the shots from the back, the cockpit looked so roomy from the other shots I can't believe you jambed that much detail into such a tiny space.
  21. If you were going to build this kit to sell to us I'd vote yes, however, there's so many other projects I'd like to see before this one that I'd say no. If this one was done it'd detract from other more desirable projects and use up the valuable and limited sculpting skills we have on this board (Captain America, Gundamhead, just to name a few). This one isn't high on my list because it doesn't seem that different from the Elintseeker which I actually like better. To make a kit worthwhile (according to our resident expert sculptors) you need about 50 interested people to get a kit made. My two cents, don't hate me
  22. Really glad you all like it, thanks for the nice comments. honneamise - the color is just plain red with a coat of dulcoat on top. The front light is just chrome silver paint with a light coat of Tamiya clear blue on top. Cheers
  23. That was the space based pseudo helicoptor AJACS from Southern Cross
  24. One of the old VF-1D variable kits with the add on super armor. I thought that might be fun.
