For any bay area Transformers Animated fans, the Newark TRU has a handful of animated Arcee in stock. They're mixed in with around 2 dozen ratchets but she's there.

I don't recall anywhere that it was officially announced as a mass produced toy with an affordable price point. The 500$ price point that we kept talking about was our speculation only. In any event, I passed on the Quarter to get this and I'm more than happy with how the whole thing turned out. The only way I'll buy this is if they sell it.
-
How did it fail? They sold out of the first run and they sold out the second run.

If you want a clean, fast browser that doesn't have a bunch of bloat, than give Chrome a try. It has some very nice UI features like being able to re-organize tabs, drag tabs out to form new instances or drag a tab from one instance to another. You can also kill each separate instance of chrome without dragging down all the open tabs. -

you can turn off the reporting function, it's an option, just like how windows wants to report back to mommasoft. and if you're talking about how Chrome's address bar and search bar are the same thing, it's no different from using the search box on IE or firefox. -

Chrome rules. it's fast and light. -
TRU has shipped my MP Grimlock today, cool.

For me, the 21/22 is still the sleekest and most streamlined out of all the valks in fighter mode. It's a great example of conservation of line. But I'll agree the 27 is the sleeker compared to the sv-51

Looks pretty horrible, I'm sure there will be a latch or something to keep the FAST packs in place but the S type head is fugly.
-
Yeah, I hate the light and sound crap. At least with Prime the electronics box doesn't get in the way too much, but with SS and Jetfire taking out that box could have really slimmed down their vehicle modes and not made them such abominations. At least SS has a kick ass bot mode, I really dig it.

still better than armada prime or beast machines prime. It was a decent figure, TF2 Prime blows it out of the water, I agree but I'm sure the new movie will have some new gimmick to justify a complete new sculpt.
-
Yeah, I have the same complaint about MP Grimlock. I would really have liked to see more articulation built into him in bot and dino mode but oh well. I'm confident we'll see a brand new sculpt for TF3, they didn't need to redo Prime for TF2 either but they sill did it.
-
boo, you know they're gonna come out with a new Prime mold for TF3, but MP grimlock is done and done.
-
meh, I'm sure the roy 1s will get a re-release and a super special weathered version.
-
I guess all the gnashing of teeth was for naught. TRU processing my MP grimlock order.

bought and downloaded the new weapons pack and started a new game... you get the download gear as soon as you start start working for cerberus... kinda makes the game a little too easy.
-
Did you want one? My TRU had a bunch of them
-
I bought SCII, it was awesome. Like playing SC all over again, but then it felt like I was playing SC all over again and I remembered why I stopped playing it and RTS games in the first place. So now I'm playing ME:2

30k for molds? The molds for the leg would cost more than 30k, Yamato would be lucky if they got away with something closer to 10x that amount for a single run of something that size and complexity.

I'm just saying that if the conversation is already nothing more than the whiny rants of entitled fanboys, I have no reason to try and argue at a level higher than the common denominator. But sure, let's totally ignore the parts where we talk about in real world money how much molds cost, how incredibly small the macros market is, the difficulties of marketing and selling these internationally, the difference between resign and injection plastic molds... Yes, let's talk about how I'm mean, boo hoo.

new out in my neck of the woods, my local TRU only had a dozen animated ratchet's and a few bumblebee masks for the past month or so.
