For the sequel, I want for CLU to have been right about the ISOs and having Quorra out in the real world is a very bad thing.

G1 gets represented by MP. I had a G1 as a kid, I snapped the legs off playing with some friends and it traumatized me so much that I could never go back.

yeah, it makes it a pain to take discs out. oh well, still neat to have the glowy disk.

No, that's just wrong. The level 7 accident rating was due to the amount of materials released and the area that was affected, not the duration. Remember, international experts were calling the fukushima meltdown a class 6 accident within the first week. It was Tokyo Electric, that was insisting that it was only a class 4 "event" and only after reports of partial meltdowns in the spent fuel tanks that they even admitted to the level 5 "accident" rating. There's been several fires at the reactor in the past month, the most recent fire (after the aftershock on monday) was in a battery room and was put out almost immediately, released no radioactive materials and did not further endanger the plant. It had no effect on the L7 rating. But again, the key part of the story is that the total amount of radioactive materials released (so far) is roughly 10% of what was released at Chernobyl and the total amount of cesium is around 7%.

Things haven't gotten worse, it's always been a lvl 6-7 accident but now they're finally owning up to how bad it's been. Remember, the French Nuclear body was calling this a level 6 accident within the first few days, even though Tokyo Electric (and some vocal types on this board) was insisting that it wasn't that bad. And while it has the same rating as Chrenobyl, the total amount of radioactive materials that have been released is thought to be only around 10% of what Chernobyl spewed into the environment. So don't worry, things aren't worse... they're just finally owning up to how bad it's always been.

the yf-19 is completely different. The hands, the upper arms, those might be common between the two designs, but other than that, ever single part will need to be completely redesigned, not just "retooled" with some new details.

WFC Prime, animated prime, laser prime weren't around when I took that shot. Never cared for BT prime or armada prime.

What the Matrix is wrong with Prime?

Considering the potential party members in ME3, I really don't have a problem gathering party members but I think it's going to be more like

... at least you're consistent with your horrible, horrible taste.

I liked it as well. I mean, it's not without it's faults. It's almost as if they just took a high school nerd's 3rd period math notebook, took the doodles he was doing instead of learning calculus and decided to make a movie about them. But as a kind of modern grimm's fairy tales, it works... kinda.

That totoro looks like he should be voiced by vin diesel, "I grow my forest a quarter mile at a time."

I think the idea is that the show takes place well after the events of the first thundercats show and that the thundercats civilization has reached a sort of decadence and corruption and are under attack from the populations they had subjugated and dominated for so long.

that's cool if it's not your thing, but what about the designs strike you as avatarish?
-
Avatar? I don't get that at all, it pretty clearly following the Rome analogy they setup from the original show

RAM doesn't get fixed. You need to isolate which stick is bad and replace it. -

So, apparently Grey's Anatomy did a musical themed episode last night... in which case, they win April Fool's Day.
