I'm aware of the comics... a sad story too.. please.. no more bullsh.t! they sucked too! the first one was pretty good, where they make the main character an honorary pred and she goes hunting with them... not really good, but pretty good... better than this...

hey, what camera are you using to take these shots? check to see if it has a macro function, on some cameras it's a little flower or an infinity symbol... should make the shots more crisp. nice job BTW... looks great!

hmmm.. if your sucky geforce FX card is letting you play at 1600x1200 at a good clip you must have a monster of a card and it is definitely not sucky. and sorry to say, but the sound in doom 3 is handled by your cpu... your new soundcard really isn't doing too much for you. I'm not certain how true that is. My soundcard was giving me some static on three of my speakers in THX mode, up unitl I updated the soundcard drivers. the sound rendering is done on CPU is all, a lot of games will use the sound card's DSP to do that stuff but id moved it to the CPU for various reasons.

I like the light blue better... the cyan just pops out too much to my eye

Sorry, but I don't see it that way. This is like looking at the first-generation 3D games and saying, "This is all they can do with polygons. Let's go back to 2D. Street Fighter is a better game than Toshinden and Virtua Fighter." These are launch titles, most of which don't even have final names, working on the first system ever to allow two displays at once. The only use of the second screen as a map screen I've seen comes from the Super Mario 64 port, and I really doubt that's going to be its only use. All I'm saying is, instead of criticizing right out of the gate, wait until you see a representative sample. fair enough, but I too think it's a gimmick.. it's a stop gap until nintendo launches their next gen GB device... and nintendo loves gimmicks.. just look at the GB... how many minor variations and improvements have their been?

The only reason I'm not getting them is because they're not pre-cut. I'm horrible at cutting things out. man, invest in a little metal ruler and an x-acto. always cut with the sticker under you ruler, if you can't cut 90% try to angle the blade out, towards the white. always change blades after ... say a half dozen cuts. they sell these self healing cutting boards at art supply places. what I did is I got some regular masking tape, and I layered several onto the edge, follwoing the grid this gives you a nice back rest to push the sticker sheet up against, so it won't slide around while you cut try to cut through the sheet in one pass, apply even preasure... as long as the blade is sharp you'll have no trouble getting a clean cut practice cutting first though. and don't try to do it all of it at once if you're not used to it

want differences? here's a short list: look at the type on the stock stickers, notice how blurry they are? the takatoys are legible. look at the colour, notice how they seem faded? dull and listless? the takatoys have good colour saturation and and really stand out on the valks. look at the thickness of the stock stickers, the takatoys are at least 2/3's the thickness. spend the money, get the takatoys, they're worth the money.

Hold it right there.. that statement is a sign of why the feds raise the rates today.. At the current economy levels, the appreciation in value of real estates will cause inefficiencies throughout the economy, especially inflation. Real estates is a good investment but it is violatile as well and through the economy expansion mostly because money has been taken out through cheap loans but it is very dangerous. Let me ask you.. you claim that the property values goes up $10k per month, so supposedly I have a $800k property, you mean that in 10 month it will be $900k? What happens in 20month? $1 mil? You know what goes up must fall as well? You sounded exactly like those people doing the IPOs in the 90s and I think the people who are really profiting in the market are the sellers and the buyers and investors eventually will have to eat up the losses soon when they realize that real estate is not very liquid and if there are any economic changes, you will risk losing it. I already know people who have lost money in the market right now because they bought over-valued properties and now must eat up the cost as the interest rate is going up.. there will be more cautious buyers and lesser demand than now.. I also know an agent that's getting out of the business because he made a lot of money and he feels it's time to move on as he predicts the best years of this market is over. Good luck, don't be misguided, the world works in cycles.. always.. this is true, the rule of thumb for investments is buy when others are selling and sell when others are buying... but there are markets that will remain steady over the long term and will only have marginal fluctuations over the short term... southern california, san francisco, new york city... these areas will always be appreciating in value.
