    Serenity was excellent. If more sci fi is what you want, talk with your walllet and go and BUY sci fi. There are a few sci properties out right now, battlestar galactica, star gate, dr who... buy the DVDs, watch the shows.. show some interest and if studios think they can stay in business making it, they'll make it.

    that's an interesting read... but I personally don't think the problem with Trek is a muddled past, the problem with trek is the incompetent NOW. Maybe it is mucked up so much where we need to reboot the universe.. I dunno.. I think it's a drastic step though.

    they look decent enough for what you pay for them. I agree they look better than the banprestos.

    I was in line to see a movie at the big newport and the guy who played mr roeper (three's company) was in line in front of us... and well, I didn't really meet him/talk to him because I was too busy laughing at his interaction with the girl in the ticket booth, "do you know who I am?"

    wow.. there's a ton of info there, thanks for that! bummer to hear about the beta... I think they need to realize that their shoddy design/materials/craftsmanship lead more to the under performance of the alpha's than anything else. i would have loved to have gotten morer if they weren't such a colosal stinker.

    along with the Vf-1s, I prefered the Macross cast and crew over the "next generation bunch." If they're going to do a sequel to Robotech, I really would prefer that the "search for rick" is wrapped up in the first few episodes and then we can move onto characters that are actually interesting and have more motivations in what they do then the larger two dimensional scott. Having said that, I'm still pretty mortified by this whole endeavor and how cavalier the folks at HG are about make sequels based on other peoples work and taking credit for it. but hey, ripping off the original creators is pretty muuch part and parcel for business in America, so why should animation be any different?

    voyage home may have been an obvious attempt at tree hugging rhetoric and it may have been hokey, cheesey and embrassing, but it was all those things in a fun and watchable way. Insurrection was a big pile of poo, steaming pile of poo.

    woops. I just assumed that woori was legit since I would see their DVD's in big music/movie stores in korea and they had some elaborate boxsets. I guess when koreans rip-off movies, they do it in style. haha.

I honestly don't care how small it is and if it was made out of pure gold.. if it looks like a piece of junk, i'm not going to bite. That's not true. if it was solid gold and cost 15 bucks, I'd buy it. but only because it was solid gold.

    I notice my orders with twinmoons seems to go out a day or two after the first batch..but I'm guess that's because I'm always late to placce my preorder.
