    Yeah, I had the same problem with the fast packs. I think it's the texture as well. Surface is just too uneven for the adhesive to really get a hold.

    meh, I have a 1st run, and mine hasn't snapped off, nor do I have any problems with transforming it. mountains out of mole hills.

    so many posts, still no pictures of semi nude valk girl. Every time I see it's been updated, I get my hopes, only to be dashed.

    while I don't have a problem with the CCCP codec, I am annoyed that these aren't in standard divx format. My DVD player reads divx, not this stuff. I'd rather watch on my TV than my laptop.

    While the original hikaru 1a had its problems, I noticed that the seams are the cleanest and fit of the parts the best out of the various 1/48s I own. later renditions have problems like seam lines on the knee-caps.

    I think with the tremendous success of the transformers movie, the EVA project will get a lot more steam behind it now. Which I'm all for. I think WETA would do a spectacular job of animating EVA stomping around and wrecking havoc.

    Miyazaki has Disney behind him in the US. I doubt this would get a wide release.

    the amazon or CC bundles are worth it, if you were already in the market for a Blu-Ray player, imo, since they throw in the remote.

    you know, macross would be one of few giant robot animes that I think could make the transition to live action, i think based on the original VF-1 designs which have such a strong tie to the F-14 tomcat. I think the giant space alien angle would just fall apart though.
