    Well, if you're okay with the design, there's nothing really wrong with it. It's just that the yf-19 is one of the earlier 1/60 designs and it really shows its age compared to the other 1/60 designs that followed it.

    I would wait, I got 2 yf-19s and I can honestly say that I would never buy another one until yamato refreshes the design with what they learned from the vf-19.

My point, you silly little fanboy, is that this is not the thread to do another yamato versus bandai rant and that there are numerous threads which are better suited to your little childish fan wanks. Why is that such a difficult concept to grasp?

    you didn't like how every time anybody got hit, no matter where or with what, they erupted in a fountain of blood? Or how conan liked to swing his sword around like he was a baton twirler in a marching band? Or the rubber baby the actors shook to try and make it look alive with the CGI arm that was waaaaaay too big for it? There way just so much in this movie to enjoy.

    saw it. It is hilariously bad. Rose mcgowan is particularly hilarious in her role as the incestuous valley girl sorceress.

    well, even by ToS, ST tech was already pretty much on god level, I don't think they're ever really going to be able to escape the deus ex machina problem by introducing another deus ex machina to explain away the god tech. They just need better writers.

    I'm okay with time travel but voyarger and enterprise made it sound like the future of the federation was as cosmic time cops... that's not something I'd care to watch. yeah, that's what I would like to see. ST online is exploring the post TNG generation, so set it a hundred years or so post TNG.

    I'd like to see NBC or CBS get it. They seem to be the only major networks willing to stick with a show even if it's not really great in the ratings as long as there's a stable, core audience... I'm thinking of shows like Chuck. Fox would axe it after three weeks and syfy would wait till it got good then kill it. As for when the show should be set... I dunno. I thought voyager and enterprise really killed the alpha universe will the "time war" nonsense they loved to run. I feel like they should just flash forward well into the future and throw out a line like, "with all the temporal incursions, the time barrier is to destabilized, blah blah blah, no more time travel."

    So, "on sale" has cancelled my order with the reason "out of stock" even though they're continuing to sell the item on their amazon.com store... now it's 3x more expensive though. Complaining to amazon did nothing, calling on sale directly now: 1-800-896-2011 This is pure bullshit.

    the margin on computers is only 5%. Services gives them a MUCH higher rate of return.

    yeah, getting to the mech was what was hard for me since the vanguard is really lacking in long range punch and that map is littered with baddies waiting to pick you off. But Charges can often get you to higher elevations in a hurry and then it's easy to tear them apart with a shotgun or the heavy pistol.

    I ordered one as well. I had 145 worth of amazon credit lying around so it came out to 26$ after tax and shipping. Going to let my kid use it so I really don't care if it's not as awesome as some of the other ones out there. for 150$ it's really hard to beat. Bought a second one to ship off to my wife's cousin in the philippines.

    luckily between garrus, miranda and my smg, shields weren't an issue. I don't remember what I brought for my heavy but I remember I was down to the shotgun and pistols by the time we cleaned up the mech. I really hate that mission.

    If Jedore dies, the krogans don't come out of the tubes, right? I remember I had miranda shock her and I charged her and unloaded some shot gun shots into her, backed off, unloaded my rifle into her till the charge was ready and hit her again. She went down pretty quick so we only had the mech and the 1 korgan left but man... one luck shot from the mech and it was all over.

    I HATED the end to the recruit grunt mission when I did my insanity run with a vanguard. I finally settled on bum rushing at the beginning of the battle, taking out the boss and then turning on the mech next while garrus and miranda got worked over by the krogans. Pretty damn brutal.
