As for the LA guy, Jarek Molski is his name. He's a disabled guy who trolls business to sue. He's brought over 400 suits against various businesses. Sometimes the suits are because he himself can't access something, or what have you and other times because he feels that maybe someone else couldn't access it, for instance, the handicap door button is too heavy. Anyways, this has nothing to do with the 360 case, just thought you might want to read up on this guy who uses the law, solely for his own benefit and doesn't give a rats arse about other disabled people or the businesses and lives he ruins.
