oh, yeah, one other guy said he agreed with me.. but really I don't think a lot of people think it's coming. Most members, including me, have commented on numerous occasions that it would require an almost total redesign.
But... I doubt yamato would have dished out the money for the M7 dynamite license just for one valk. I'm guessing we'll see the VF-5000 and vf-19p before long.
if by "everyone" you mean me... I have no real reason why I believe it be but I will say I figured out the SV-51 when graham hinted about it in his sig.
sigh, it's hard to stick up for the guy if he's just gonna do the same stupid things that got him tossed in the first place.
I welcomed his contributions to the post a pose thread though.
I'm american, i recognized it. I didn't think it was clever enough to talk about though.
edit:: Apparently people talking about it is clever enough to talk about... I feel so meta.
vf-19p basara works perfectly.
After ages untold: never has been a vf-19p toy
A wind of change: it's a new line for yamato
the second coming: the yf-19 in redone.
All he's saying is he's happy to have a non transforming prebuilt f-15 replica... I'm not sure why you're so insistent that he's wrong with his personal likes.
actually, it's nothing like that since one is a diecast model and the other one is a box full of plastic bits that require a knife, some glue, putty, sandpaper, paint, some time a poo load of skill to look good.
Huh, good to know, thanks! Those joints haven't cracked on mine, but I do have stress marks over the panel lines that happen to run right over those hinges.
I've pretty much left it in fighter mode as I really don't like how the bot mode looks around the shoulders/neck area.
And as for the poor thigh articulation, it's not just the hip kibble but the way the skirt is designed that limits mobility. There's a guy who took a dremel to it to remove some of the extra material that greatly improves mobility but that's a little more than I'd care to do.
Really? I've never worried as much transforming a yamato valk as I have transforming my MP SS... not all of it, just the back/wing assembly, that part gives me nightmares.
