    amazing work! Have you thought about adding a thin film of something like wax paper between the instrument panel and the LED to diffuse the light a little more evenly?

    there's a difference between a product made by a bunch of fans in their garage of a design that has zero chance of being made commercially because there's only 5 guys in the world who actually like it and 4 of them helped to make it AND a product made by the biggest toy company in the entire world with the resources of a small island country at their disposal including feedback from the guy who actually designed the thing.

    Since transporter tech doesn't require platforms at both ends, it actually is like saying that now you can transfer much larger files because you have a better compression algorithm. It's perfectly consistent to what has been shown previously in trek also, even in voyager they were using "transwarp" as a means of communication. If they can send one kind of information that way, why wouldn't they be able to send another?

    meh. transporters in the regular continuity have been used to: make clones combine two different people turn people into holograms time travel travel to different dimensions star trek has never been consistant about their use of technology. It's pretty ridiculous to let it slide for 40 years and then get mad because some guy name JJ does it too.

    saw it. I'm an old timer fan of TOS and I really enjoyed it. Not as much as the 2009 reboot, but it's easily in my top 5 of trek movies.

    meh. It looks like it was designed by committee. Everyone picked a part and did it however they wanted and no took the time to see if all the bits and pieces would work as a unified whole. Kind of like the v1 DX vf-25.

    wait, you're comparing the two movies based on the font? So... you're ignoring everything else then, right? Like the music, the tone, the emotion and purpose of the two movies. Just... the fonts. gotcha.

    I want to play this game too. I thought BSG really paled in comparison to prince of egypt. I mean, sure, they got some of the same stuff, like: people in exile looking for promised land religious leader miracles religious leader dies after leading people to promised land But where was the singing and they totally dropped the whole golden calf subplot.

    there's a couple of moments in the TV dogfight that I think are brilliant but as a whole, I think the DYRL fight is better paced and choreographed.

    got my copy today from CDjapan. No QC issues, missing parts, paint issues or scratches on the finish. Hips are looser out of the box than I remember on my alto 171 but that isn't a bad thing.

    There's just something about toyworld's aesthetics in general that doesn't work for me. I like the prime design but this slightly soft, rounded and squished version doesn't click for me.

    again, so what's your theory? that arcadia is going to release their own version of the hasegawa kit but remold the tail to add what looks like a part of the 1/60 toy on it? anyways, this was fun, good night.
