basically cameron started working on Avatar and then quite sometime later M. Night Shamalan said he also wanted to do a movie called Avatar. It's pretty obvious why Cameron would be pissed.

I like the back story as well but then I'd like if there were some physical changes as well like different sensor blisters or maybe even dorsal tanks, a slightly different head design? Like 1s with 1j type head lasers? As a nitpick, I'd like it if they painted the hands/fingers that dark grey color and left the hand shield the blue/grey color.

If someone thought a guy was a murderer, rapist, molester, tax cheater, whatever, in life, it's reasonable that they would think those thoughts about the person in death. Why should people who didn't respect someone in life have to feign respect in death?

He wasn't proven innocent. He was found not guilty. There's a huge difference. The man was a polarizing figure, telling people to shut up who voice their opinions about a man who purposefully mired himself in controversy is rather silly. MJ courted the publicity and profited off of his fame and notoriety. I think it's perfectly reasonable for people who have issues with honoring a man so often accused of heinous actions against children to continue to voice their issues with him, dead or not.

true, the yammie needs some decent locks for the legs and chest area in GERWALK and the legs are just way too long in batroid mode. Meh, I'm okay with it for what it is, the yf-19 design is the poster child for anime magic. Not okay enough to buy any more of it, unless there was a spectacular repaint issued (which these two are not, imo) but okay enough for me to not actively hate on it.

I remember there was some debate over whether Yamato should have also have gone for a partsformer on the 1/60 yf-19 like that hase bash in order to have a more streamlined fuselage. I greatly prefer the way the upper body looks on the yamato compared to that hase bash though.

meh, I don't see anything particularly zentran about the design, SAP or no SAP. Personally I think the vf-22/yf-21 does a much better job of combining human and zentran design styles. Doesn't take away from the vf-2ss at all, just saying I don't see the influence.

what zentradi elements do you see in the vf-2ss?
