    Man... I hate that EA has it's own account. I forgot that I had made an older EA account linked to my gamertag and I registered my bioware account to a new EA account and subsequently can't synch it to my gamertag because that's linked to my old EA account. I emailed and asked that my old account be deleted.. but this is just such a needless hassle. The gamertag was supposed to get rid of stupid multi-account poo like this

    that's the thing, 3 generations in it's finally what it should have been when it was first released. Just like the imac, ipod and everything else Apple makes. NEVER buy 1st gen apple tech.

    I just don't trust apple and their battery usage estimates. MY 1st gen nano got around 3 hours brand new, this was without headphones attached and not using the face button at all. Apple then claimed it was because of my elevation and temperature... apparently batteries don't work well at sea level in a 70 F environment.

    I find it hilarious Jobs is touting it as some ideal way to browse the web yet it doesn't support FLASH. Nearly all the streaming servies out there like Hulu and Youtube use flash as does almost nearly every web game out there. On top of the numerous other bone head decisions, no USB port, no memory card slot, not even a built in way to just view the stupid thing without holding it... just an easy easy pass for me.

    you weren't kidding when you said the jump from 59 to 60 in ME 1 was huge... gods.

    Right, so each part of my proposed Dune Trilogy would be treated like a separate genre part 1: leaving Caladan and taking up Dune would be a political thriller, part 2 would basically be a Moses story and part 3 would be the war epic. There's still enough action in each part to keep it interesting. Part 1 can end with the fall of House Artreides and Paul and Jessica fleeing into the desert. Their time with the Fremen has lots of stuff to mine for stuff to blow up and part 3 is easy as well.

    Just the first book of Dune would need to be split up into a trilogy for it to work in any meaningful way, imo

    Yeah, and honestly, I'm not in a place where making a spread sheet to figure out the best DPS, or the best possible teach tree/gear relationship or the best possible aggro control are anywhere remotely interesting or fun to me. The most fun I ever had in WoW was leveling up while partying with a few friends and just having a good time. It soured pretty damn quickly once I started having to invest an hour or two just waiting for the guild to get together, having to respec and regear my character for the guild, etc, etc. Just stopped being fun. So I really like that STO lets you stop playing in the middle of an episode and you can come back to where you left off and that the game play mechanic is very casual gamer friendly.
