Wow! Such hatred. It's not like I get things for free. I work hard so I can play hard. Now my car becomes a victim. Lol. Do something else more useful. I'm sure we are all grown up here. Btw I did get my car service much later than others (especially when GT-R comes in). No problem for me.

Wow! Relax. I have waited almost a month after the 25G was released before getting the shipping notice from NY. Never I had become angry with them. Instead I've gone with the fastest shipment and that seems to do the trick. Cancelling orders do impose problem with reseller. Macross 1/60 is not cheap like Gundam plastic models so they have to make sure these stocks sell.

I like 25G head with 25S grey colour. I like the insectoid style of 25 battroid so the body are all the same with exception to additional parts on RVF. So in terms of looks and functionality which attracts me these will be my favourite combo: 1. 25G head simple design with one camera scope in the center of the head (visor). 2. 24F head laser. Two simple head lasers are good enough. 3. 25S grey colour. Stealth. 4. 25G sniper rifle. Who would not love big guns? 5. 25S cross bones. Bad ass design. 6. Armor parts. Why settle with anything less? On a small note: Coming to the young age of 40, I feel that 25F head design and colour is done to attract younger audience to the main hero figure (pink or green would be the least favourite). 25F head is more like a slim helmet (sporty type) which fits the character as the reckless fighter. 25S is more like the black knight. My least favourite is RVF-25 because of the radar and fin which can get in the way during transformation (radar could be set higher). I often worry about the fin getting damage during a fight in Battroid mode and not forgetting to mention it could stab someone behind him.

Got tiny stress marks but at difference place. It won't bother me too much.

The armor part comes with two crotch support if I recall correctly. One for standing on its own and another for mounting on the SMS stand. Here is from anymoon website. I love this pose.

I'm not sure about the tightening part. But when using the armor part, to prevent the crotch from collapsing and the fork from coming off, there is the bracket that is supplied.

Comparison between VF-25 and YF-29. They are the only ones I have here in the UK.

Yes. Cancelling orders may cause problem between NY and Bandai. Bandai may limit their supply in the future if too much orders being cancelled. I would say just wait for it unless you have to fly somewhere like I did. I cancelled my pre-order for VF-171 last time stating good reason and my other pre-orders still okay.

Mine shipped by FedEx. It went from Japan to Tennessee and then UK. Now waiting for e-mail from FedEx for customs duty.

Higher price because better build/ quality. New tooling and better material required. Market for Macross toys not that big so turnover to cover the initial expensive cost need to be covered. Hence the higher price.
