I forgot all about these. I would have to agree with that statement.

Why you dissin' my work, yo? -
The more I look at Wheeljack the more I like the color scheme. He is pretty awesome looking. And I agree, the Binaltech/Alternators line is the best thing that could have happened to the Transformers series, but Yamato's Macross toys are the best there is.

Well, if you're out that way again...

Macross World Map Project.

What's a matter EXO? My map isn't good enough for you? -
The only ones that I had a hard time finding were Jazz, Wheeljack and now Decepticharge. I may have to turn to Ebay one more time for that one (that's how I got Jazz).
-
I found Swerve in a TRU about a month ago. I just found Wheeljack in the same TRU last night (almost bought him off Ebay for $40, but got him for $20). Now all I'm missing is Decepticharge.

New game law in California........
Metal_Massacre_79 replied to MGREXX's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
Yes, but the parent(s) should be held accountable too if their child claims that a game or movied became a motive for a crime. My son is only 4-1/2 and is never allowed to play unsupervised on the PS2 or the computer unless it's a game like Spongebob or Spyro. I think the bigger problem with raising children is that most parents don't want to get involved in their child's life. They think that the schools will teach them everything they need. -

SOCOM is violent, but not gorey. You aren't raping hostages or cutting heads off of people, but it does bring great gameplay. Not to mention that it just feels better when you are shooting a terrorist with a .50 cal than it does shooting a cop and stealing a car. -

Amen to that! I was smacked around too, and looking back at my youth I FULLY DESERVED IT! People that don't understand why they are being punished end up saying "I'm never going to do that to MY kids," and then they start accusing everyone else who try to control their children of child abuse. In all honesty, I feel that video games were a lot more fun when I was younger. Back then games were made to be fun, now it's all just blood and gore. -

What I want to know is why does a game like this NEED to exist? -
Thought this was kinda odd. Probably been posted before. Didn't see anything recent about it and I'm at work so my search time is limited.

Macrossworld As Your Start-Up Page?
Metal_Massacre_79 replied to Jin_Kune_Do's topic in Movies and TV Series
Blank page start up for me. -
I think Mirage AND Prime both look pretty gay. WTF is up with the wheels on the front of the legs? I hope that is just due to inaccurate transforming. The chicken legs don't look right either. I think Prime would have been better off being a red H1.

Who said anything about having the mods read and edit every post? You can forget about common sense, becuase quite frankly not everyone has it. All I'm saying is that maybe there can be a quoting limit to around 50 words. You don't need to quote two pages of material if you're only replying to 20 words. Hell, maybe it can be set up to where if someone quotes a person who posted a picture it would automatically use a hyperlink rather than the full image.
-
Yes No Yes... The only solution is common sense. Most quoted posts have that little tiny button in the quote box called "snapback". Instead of quote after quote after quote, you could just quote the last individual and leave the snapback button in place. Again, the issue is common sense. This really isn't something we can enforce because it is a common sense issue. If you lack common sense, then perhaps you shouldn't be posting. This isn't a mod or admin issue. It's the users themselves who are abusing things. Posting large pics (i.e. greater than 1024x768 or 800x600, depending on your resolution); posting pics directly from other sites without attaching or hosting them yourself (i.e. bandwidth stealing); quoting large pieces of text with only a small reply, etc....Unless you want the mods to clamp down on this... 330703[/snapback] Here is a perfect example. In my previous post, all I wanted to do was reply in regards to the one single sentence. In this, much more annoying reply, I quoted your entire post along with all of the quotes that you put in it only make a point about the same senetence.
-
No, what I'm getting at is when someone posts a review that takes up about two screen lengths on a 19" monitor at 1024x768 screen area, and then another poster quotes the entire review when they really only needed to disect a sentence or two, and then someone quotes the quoter who took up all that space and doesn't delete the original review that was replied to, thus giving us three or more of the exact same review in full length.

For being built with mostly standard type LEGOs, I'd say it's impressive.

Just went and got Swerve this evening, and I seen about 5 or 6 Grimlocks, two Swindles, and a Windcharger on the shelf as well. If anyone is having trouble getting these, I can pick one up for you. A trade for a Wheeljack would be killer too.

After AfD, they started sucking pretty bad. That was there best album and it wasn't even THAT good. I think it was the bad-boy image and the trendy back stage whores that made them popular. Now I have to listen to Judas Priest to get the crappy GNR songs out of my head!
-
Oh come on now! No love for the TG16? That system was WELL ahead of it's time. Too bad their marketing sucked.
-
It's a good thing I have a side job to afford this one. Now I have to decide which one to put it on.
