    Well a lot of anime is overseen and produced by companies that are not directly related to the act of animating a new show. We shouldn't single out either Big West or HG for that. It's just Big West has someone they can actually trust to do something professional and competent each time they make a new show. Harmony Gold gave the keys to some really inexperienced people and hoped something good would come of it.

    That's a rather specious argument my dear Renato. Considering that this is before the rise of small toy manufacturers such as Yamato and that SHE rose to prominence in the heyday of Garage Kits, I don't think they would have dropped everything to start making toys.

    Well it was the right color in the lying intro movie i was promised giant beetles and dragonflies and all i got was one giant fly that shoots smaller flies i knew then never to trust my own judgment that the nightmare of my own life had just begun

    can't someone just release Macross DYRL as just DYRL and avoid any references to Macross in the subtitles or the promotional material that's what Super Techno Arts did with their release of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure the OVA where they changed the names of characters to avoid any infringement on popular music artists even when the Japanese audio was obviously unchanged I mean what layers understand that crazy language anyway

    What are you guys worried about the Digital Mission VF-X version is basically the same save for the Skull Squadron markings they probably just used the 1997 copyright on the announcement because that's when the other modes were finalized also GOOD GRAPHICS
