No but like Renato pointed out in our podcast about Takatoku, even after thinking along those lines they came around to the true main mecha and pushed the Valkyrie :3 Mospeada never really sells the audience on why the Legioss is even in the show. It's just there to be there (and sometimes be hidden in gigantic bushes). Ok I'll stop and take this to the other thread.

Hell yeah. I got the ADV box set for like $25 back in the day. Watched it a few times. The show ain't called Legioss now ain't it?

Yeah you may want to take this to the Mospeada thread but I will re-iterate that the Legioss is also a tertiary robot in its respective show. It just also happened to be a jet with arms and was admitted added to Mospeada just because of Macross. Also I don't believe it would require complex engineering as the design is less complex than most elaborate deluxe Transformers to say nothing of some of the larger figures.

Yeah all of that applies to the VF-11 and in my opinion the VF-22 as well but even I can't argue with Scott T. Hards's plight ( ;w;)7

Well in Battroid mode it's about half leg like most Valkyries so it'll be roughly 8-9 meters in height in Gerwalk mode.

Yeah I said that about the Legioss in my reviews of the CM's Corporation toys. I like the idea that the VF-4 kind of has a paladin like shroud of armor on top but I'm not sure my thing about the Legioss applies as the Legioss is clearly disconnected from any proper airplane. It's basically a toy through and through. The VF-4 is beautiful~ If I had to describe its transformation, it's as if someone picked up the fighter by its body and the robot just unfurled out as it was pulled up.
