  1. There's a way you can play such a game on the PC so you can enjoy the scenes in between of Aegis Fokker sitting in his underwear and then burly Captain Gilliam behind him
  2. How many people here have actually played VF-X2
  3. Everyone wants VF-X2 the show
  4. No smoking on the bridge, Shammy!
  5. The guy has only part of the costume on during Try Again to represent the last episode where it gets trashed.
  6. http://www.yamato-toys.com/items/detail.php?gid=2010 The product page doesn't list the new parts
  7. I don't have to cling to anything. I've got postits for that Come on people.
  8. http://twitpic.com/9ogznf Marduk Women Running in Forests coming soon to DVD
  9. No it's not.
  10. The Reverse Thieves did go a little overboard with cutting the pauses out of my audio track. It sounded odd to me too. http://collectiondx.com/blog/vf5ss I'm less fanatical about snipping pauses when I edit my own show :3 In my mind the Marduk and Supervision Army are conceptually similar enough that I believe Tomita had something in mind when writing Macross 2.
  11. Well the VF-X-4 and the VF-4 were very early glimpses of the VF-1 being replaced rather quickly.
  12. What about the Wasp and Valkyrie light 'mechs :<
  13. Comfort food~ Let's get some Haagen Daz with some jimmies and a cherry on top :3 Well I didn't say that on the podcast. Gubaba can confirm that most of what I said was on the mark and I trust him with my internet life.
  14. She's become Hatsune Miku kind of ironic in a way
  15. http://reversethieves.com/2012/05/21/the-speakeasy-029-red-headed-stepchild-a-macross-ii-discussion/ In this week's speak easy, you get to learn how to make a Red-headed stepchild
  16. It's good to hear the parts are working and can be easily colored. I feel like paint is a hassle for most owners.
  17. The basic line art for the VF-4 has the Jolly Rogers markings so most Garage Kit makers just went with that. Since the promo poster for the game also has a faux Jolly Rogers mark on the tail (no skull and crossbones but the tailfins are colored red and black), people got confused as to what the VF-X version was meant to look like. The game guide I have doesn't have really any clear screen caps of it so I can see most fans unknowingly conflating the two color schemes as being the same.
  18. A Destroid book would just be a long list of casualties and deaths.
  19. http://collectiondx.com/toy_review/2012/vf25s_ozma_lee_type_super_parts_renewal_version Don't be late even though this review is
  20. Have a little faith. I'm sure they've printed out screencaps of the VF-4's scant screentime and taped them to the side of their cubicles. The fact that they even figured out the correct colors for the VF-X version means they've played the game. At the very least, they've seen the VF-4 from the rear as that's the default view.
  21. Kawamori is too busy living the dream
  22. Before anyone flips, the above pic is Experten's VF-4 Garage Kit.
  23. sorry guys. probably shouldn't have made all those posts pointing out what the colors on the VF-X VF-4 are supposed to really be they would have probably just made the FB2012 version if they didn't know but we know they visit MW to get feedback, which is a double edged sword
  24. As Primus intended. Or Vector Sigma Or Optimus Prime I guess
  25. It's not up yet but they put them here http://reversethieves.com/the-speakeasy-podcast/ It's going to be a Speakeasy you get tips on mixed drinks too
