I've been watching Frontier again and my desire for a -171 has once again resurfaced. I'm not interested in the Alto EX really I like the Luca RVF but..... I seriously considered the Maruyama for pre-order but it's the f**king CF I want the most - with armour (I wish there was an ELINTSEEKER type) My eyes are OPEN regarding the flaws with the original toy. I know the armour parts are 6.5-7k yen but how much do you think I should be paying for the CF Valk AMIB (Allegedly Mint in Box) My plan is for it to be a fighter mode only display piece.......

Was a little bored with Brera's pose (previously canon slung over his shoulder) so got busy with the flight-pose....... "Some day my beam canon will be useless too........." Cue Skull Squadron knife frenzy!

Macross Collectibles Market Watch a good start. post your collection in the for sale/wanted section and ask for offers - another option. You don't have to take the first offer you get. Maybe have a look at Mandarake and see what your items have been selling for (show unavailable items) Or ignore the pissed up Yankee fan who just watched the post season dry up and do whatever they say below...............

If it keeps Arcadia going then I'm all for it. Obviously the fact that I wish to add it to my collection is important but in the long run it's better to have 2 manufacturers creating variable fighters than 1 so I'm happy to prop up Arcadia by buying this re-issue. Tempted to buy 2 (if I get the chance this time round) and potentially customise 1 of them to FB2012 but I'm no longer confident in my airbrushing skills so maybe just 1.

I can't contemplate any Mecha that comes close to the coolness of Macross Valks For fighter mode the YF-19 gets my vote over the VF-4G (Yukikaze ffr-31 and ffr-41 are also spectacular designs) But fighter mode alone does not the greatest Valk make imhop Fave Battroid goes to VF-0 - that thing looks mean GERWALK - hard to beat VF-1 but the VF-25/7 looks great in said form But all around righteousness and ultimate honours goes to the good old VF-1(S MAX with supers) - Looks so right in every mode.

I'm sorry for those folks dying to get their hands on a tan nosed FB VF-4, a bit of a disappointment I'll grant you. I'm delighted for me (and many others) though who didn't get one of these first time around. I'd love to say it was patience paying off that means I might get one at MSRP this time, but in honesty it had more to do with the scary aftermarket prices!

Finally dressed mine up and put her on display today. Took a bit of rearranging to make room for it. She's a big bird with all the armour. Sorry for the crappy phone pic.

Finally stumped up and bought a Brownie! Snagged it on ebay for £81. Insurance policy incase any zentran/regults/vajra break into my house, this should take the heat and keep the rest of my collection safe!
