No, that is supply & demand and making a little money by selling a product that just happen to rais in value. Scalping is going to TRU, Target and every store in your area, picking all the 1 per case figures off the shelf and put them on Ebay for five times the price. I forgot who I bought mine from but Im sure he did not buy 5 of them and hold them and hoped the price went up.

if you do it for the love of the show then it should not matter. Honestly it is scalpers and collecters who raise the values of stuff. Scalpers and collectors rais the value?! Anybody who buys them raises the value because the numbers get lower and lower. I dont see how you can scalp valks, non (except the low vis) are rare or short printed like certain action figures. I dont think people bought 20 low vis at $100ea hoping they will rais in value to sell later, I think most were suprised when prices started to jump. Some people belive that if you dont "play" with your toys you are in it for the money. Everybody who has somthing of value takes pride in that, why wouldnt you?

I love to see MISB/MOSC greatness. I love the boxes and cards as much as the toys. A lot of people think its for the money but it is no way you can make $$$$ on items like the Predacons because the price for them is at their highest so why would you spend $$$$$ just to make the same amount back?

In your and others opinion, give him a review of the toy, not what you think. Thats what a true review is. I see the MPS better in every way compared to the 1/60 but thats my opinion and I dont force it on everybody.

You really need to ink your work a LOT more cleaner. In Photoshop your drawing is really pixilated(sp) and hard to get good fills. Also, dont use a all grey robot to practice on, its too plain and does not give you a chance to be creative with color, the best you can do is like 4 different greys.

Why do you guys say the 1/60 are crap ? Just because the 1/48s are out all others are crap?!!

(1) What is the "real" off the shelf price of the 1/48ths and 1/60s, like if you went into a toy store, not a hobby store. (2) Why is it that the Yamatos are not ment for the US market but the entire box is in English? Can you guys even read the boxes? Its kinda like if Hasbro made their toys in Japanese print boxes. Please do a little studying before you just blab out stattements. All the Binal/altinators along with MPC Prime were co designed by Hasbro and Takara. Why do people ALWAYS feel the need to be negative about EVERYTHING? There are diff scales so all you have to do is pick the one you like. Mine is just chilling in the closet. I just got one of those and that newer one with the scull on the front. They are right up there with Dancougar. I vever saw any of those shows but those toys sure do kick mucho ass.
