  1. if only bandai would make this like ala the Gundam's HCM pro lines in 1/200 scale...now that woulda kick major arse......
  2. no, no such thing exists in this world. j/k. but its the truth, no such thing....er...feature present on the toy. but if you display your 0S in battroid mode with the lower feet spaced outwards, theyll lock themselves due to friction.
  3. No, that's the truth. That's exactly what my Yamato contacts told me (....while trying to immitate Graham's voice)
  4. well you can always eat canned corn for a year....it has enough calcium, carbohydrate, fat bla2...to keep you healthy all year round! aaajin
  5. for me, I collect toys (ymaato) not till I reach my saturation point (if you know what I mean)...then, once in a while Ill sell some of them, little by little....and after that, begin collecting again....and again, and again...that way I dont actually spend a lot of money on toys...because I know someday Im gonna sell them back...I may lose 10-20 bucks but well, for the sake of a hobby, Im sure some of you have more expensive hobbies than this. well, i dunno, I wont call it a hobby because all I ever do is buy, play with it, display it, then sell it back when Im tired of the design. maybe for the sake of actually owning a macross toy after not being able to get any decent macross toys in my childhood (I'm from Malaysia). well yeah, some of us are more fortunate and can buy multiples but I limit myself to only one per release , or at least one per design (sold most of my toys now...) Now I only own the hard-to-find one's like the LV, joke machines, and a few regular ones like 1S Roy Hikaru Koenig etc.. I dont blame Yamato because we have the choice whether to buy the toys or not. Just keep it to your budget, be realistic and most importantly, Prioritize ...and you'll be fine just my 2 cents
  6. agreed. At least those fetched good price on ebay (of course Im talking about before they release the info about the 1/60 mechandise). 1/72 looks good too. I remembered my first day buying the 1/72 vs when I bought the MPC....the latter was a nightmare....AND, they have something that MPC fans were initialy told that were supposed to be used in the MPC line.....DIECAST.... tho the 1/60 kinda looks fugly, I still feel the security of playing that toy rather than the MPC toy...I mean, how much force would you use to transform your MPC alhpas vs the 1/60? Im sure the ratio is like heaven & earth oh well...here we go again with our so called hot topic of the century... My concluding point. I bought a few MPC alphas before and I can tell that theyre not even worth the money I paid. Until now, Im regretting paying a few hundred bucks for the MPC alpha (which has no value) when I should have bought the Yamato lines instead. I swear no matter how good Toynami products comes out to be, I will never try to ever purchase em no more. Looking at the pictures through websites would be enuff for me.

  15. looks plain to me....maybe without any skull emplem the toy looks kinda empty...prefer the VF-0S over this one...prolly Im gonna get the 2nd version of VF-0S instead of this to display it in fighter mode
  16. nah, recast. looks cool tho

    Advice!

if you want only one, Im sure you wont regret getting a VF-1S Roy or VF-1S Hikaru. Those were the main characters in Macross and Im sure getting ONLY one means you want to get the best representative of Macross anime. So, there you have it, either VF-1S would be nice. aaajin

  22. anyone wants a yellow card? its free! lol, the amount of bookings is totally rediculous....esp during the Holland vs Portugal...16? man...there's like 22 players on the field and 16 of them got yellowed?...statistically that's like almost 72% of the players booked.... this world cup sure is fun to watch unlike the previous ones where portugal didnt perform at their best porto! porto! cant wait to see them kick the English asses this weekend! j/k aaajin
  23. Im sure yamato did that, hence why graham got his prototype so early! But the thing with 3D printing is that sometimes there are shapes that cannot be made by layer-ing plastic upon plastic....isnt it?
  24. IF, the price is half the going price...I may be tempt to buy...
  25. not a garland fan and never watched the anime...but this toy looks cool....sad tho that its froppy....froppy
