Im a bit sick of the Vf-1 already and its bigger than the 1/60 versions.....but, the other valks are in 1/60 scale...but...well, argghh...! I hate u yamato if you release the 1/60 version! j/k. well, I guess guys over there at Yamato well aware of our completist behaviours...
  2. looks kinda shiny to me...in the preview pictures it seems to me that the black was more of a matt-black than shiny-black...is that because of the lighting?
  3. funny that of all people, the villain is actually the vice pres
  4. wow. toynami will produce this? But still, meh...I'm not sold now, if only Yamato would snatch the license off from the hands of the evil toynami, I may give it a chance.

  8. nep. none of my 1/48s has any stress marks on the BP8 part. Guess the one who transforms it is at fault.
  9. Im guessing the box will have the same stripe style ala the YF-19 box... but I hope they'll pick more relevant/matching colors (green on the YF-19 just dont fit in)

  14. yeah! this calls for pitch forks and torches...now where'd I put those... Transform! Transform! Transform!....
  15. Well, there are 2 versions of it as far as I know. The first one was manufactured by Bandai aka the original Joke machine and the other by Matchbox for the US market. Both were produced at about the same time but the ones with the Japanese boxes are more rare than the Matchbox version nowadays. Bandai released the DYRL version 1S Roy, 1A Max & Hikaru and TV version 1J Max & Miriya while Matchbox only released the 1S Roy, 1J Max & 1J Miriya (since those are the ones that appeared in the TV series shown in the US under the 'Robotech' label).
  16. Im imagining kensei or godzilla will have like 9-10 SV-51's lined up in that submarine-storage pose...that would be awesome...
  17. holy fak ...erghh...must re..sist.....have to use that money..for text book...Nooo!
  18. Ohh...now that looks awesome. I might get a couple of those then. Thanks for pointing that up Mr March!
  19. what turns me off with these figures is the fact that from the pictures shown up until now, the lower body seems to be slightly angled forward. it doesnt seem to be able to move back to a normal body pose from the pictures Ive seen...

  24. here's a comparison picture with toynami's 1/100 VF-1A. Imagine that, in 1/48 scale....hu huh huhh : just j/k. here's the comparison picture :
