Makes me wonder if someone would be willing to 3D scan the perfect transformation model kit (used to have one..i believe it was bandai's), enlarge it to 1/60 or 1/48, add details and offer it on shapeway for printing and do recasts (?). Dont know how much it'll cost but gauging from the price/material of EXO's bandai-to-yamato adapters, it wont be cheap. At least on the original enlarged 3D printed kit. The sprues on the kit can be made minimal; or even better, eliminated completely.

There's one more millia at $96 on mandarake. Been there since last week...I wonder if its due to the pink-ish red color that people are avoiding it? That being said, I think with all the sales going on, preceded by the last panic buy, VF-22s/YF-21 is becoming scarce (guld/max/gamlin..not sure bout millia though) in the market now and prolly will garner enough demand by next year for arcadia to do a re-release? I dunno.

Yerp thats what I mean by partial. The mechanism should be partially the same, some internal parts may be using the same parts as the 11B.

If its M7, Im hoping its VF-5000. (new mold) Although it may quite be possible for the 11MAXL too..which requires partially new molds (+ existing 11B molds)..

Tried to place an order, but the website (flightpose.com) went whacky at checkout (some codes come up with some weird tabs that I could not comprehend) Tried IE, chrome and firefox with no avail. Anyone facing similar problem?

Yep. Like Joke Machine. Just imagine : a mini-me for every the valk! If the price is right, I think a lot of people wouldnt mind getting one each. Plus, shipping should be cheap.

SD version of all valks ever released by Yamato would be sweet. As of now there are only the VF-1 and YF-25F, and both are by bandai. Custom VF-1 SD by Rohby (my avatar) had to be stopped due to licensing issues...so maybe he can offer Arcadia his molds (for a price) to shorten dev time and costs (mostly design) and use Rohby's resin molds to make permanent steel molds for plastic (ABS) parts. Sounds like a plan as they can capitalize again on the VF-1 line, and they could possibly venture the SD line further to other well-known valks like the YF-19, YF-21, VF-11, VF-0S, SV-51 which I think is a safe bet compared to producing something that hardly appear in the anime/has really limited air time. I dunno, just my 2 cents

The fighter mode is beyond sweet! Only complaint is the legs are slightly loose in battroid, or the upper body is heavy..reminds me of van damme's epic split when the legs slide outward on the table. Got it from Maiden Japan for $125 shipped! So far so good, cant find any major complaints. Enjoying my christmas gift, in batroid and gerwalk mode :

thanks for the reply. I think I much prefer the V2 now that Ive seen the comparisons between V1, V2 and the anime art from anymoon. I think I prefer the slimmer V2, which sticks very close to the original art.

Hi guys, Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but recently I managed to snag a Bandai DX VF-25G for $67 + shipping from Mandrake..but was just wondering if its a good deal? Its a storefront item, so was just wondering if the price I paid is OK? Searched ebay and saw the price is $100+ish. Been away from MW for almost 7 years and sold most of my collection, but just recently decided to find and keep a *few* of the recent ones.. Watched a few episodes of Frontier, but didnt really like the story line..just wanted to keep at least a *prototype* of a valk for each Macross serie/Movie...so..err...cheers! and thanks in advance

I finally found the real issue. Its the HDMI cable. I used another cable and it works flawlessly with my ps3/monitor. The old one is faulty. Roy, hope things will work out for you. Cant wait to play SFIV in February!
