My last package is still stuck somewhere on Chicago. Been there 2 days since it arrived in the US. Should I freak out and run naked tonight to appease the God of Macross?

I suppose you are right on the 11 & 4G. Both are purchased with Buy-it-Now option by low-feedback buyers. Roy 1S however is purchased by a reliable buyer.

Team up with Toynami & Harmony Gold, produce superior VF-1 toys and oversaturate the US & Japan market, just to ruin the Hi-Metal R plans prematurely and piss Bandai off But that would mean the death of other molds such as VF-11, YF/VF-21/22, YF/VF-19, VF-4 and the list goes on. But if they are not touching the other molds ever again, why not?. If the new series is just a remake of the original and going to be all about VF-1, the other molds would be pretty much useless since they do *not* warrant enough sales without a new show. Maybe Arcadia should team up with urmm...Toynami and capitalize on the American market under the Robotech banner?. Its a win-win for both. *ducks stones & chairs, fleeing*

I do remember that the ver1 rear landing gears don't extend outward. Also there was isue with the fighter mode nose hinge but that has long been fixed with replacement parts from shapeways by a member here (VF5SS or veef). http://www.shapeways.com/shops/veefshop Some people also had breakage on the arms (not me), so might as well get those too to save on shipping.

Try to avoid Yamato's YF-19. Fighter and gerwalk are OK to the eyes (gerwalk is floppy mess though), but battroid legs look way too long. Wait a bit and get bandai's vf-19 instead (need to stay up to preorder though)

I feel ya brother. legs too long, neck too perched, shield too skinny. But I'm more leaning towards being impartial because overall it doesnt look all that bad, to me at least.

Battroid looks awesome, but I think the legs look slightly long. Or maybe its just me, after being accustomed with stubbier legs on Arcadia's 19 vs Yamato'. The shiled couldve/shouldve been made wider and what happened to the articulated knee caps? Are they now being glued to the upper thighs now like arcadia's and yamato's? But the tampoo on the toy looks like its on steroid, which is actually a good thing for most people

seems the shield-legs areas are still gappy...is bandai going to include 2 sets of shields, like what yamato did?

I take back what I said. seems they do not come with FP..so $30 is not worth it. I am however tempted to get a 1A-standard, which I think has the best looking head of the three head types + it comes with FP, for $35 shipped on ebay...hmmm decisions...decisions... Got a 1A max for $15 the last time...dont feel like keeping so I sold it off so others could judge for themselves.

for the GBP/VF-1 they would still need to fix molds degradation but for the VF-0, CAD drafters, mold cutting, etc2

I'd probably cave in for one if they do release the GBP. else, Ive owned one once but sold it few months down the road and prolly will do the same if I were to get one this time..price is tempting though (assuming they come with fastpacks).
