Really loved the Dark Knight they made, and have Dredd waiting to be shipped. Not too fond for most of these, but might consider getting Armored Batfleck and Punisher, as there aren't many good representations of these 2 (though I might lean towards the Mafex for the Armored Batfleck).

for those on the fence, I just wanna point out that this is actually a further discount on the VF-0A. I actually got it when they slashed it to ¥24,360. Now it's even lower. Go figure.

ikr? totally worth it. The box isn't even that great anyway. I wish I could toss it, but I need to keep it for future storage purposes.

I meant that it wouldn't make sense for me to ship just one, when I can combine the 3rd I have on HLH with other stuff to spread out the shipping cost.

mega bummed, because I already got 2, and would not mind springing for a 3rd, but it will not be worth it after factoring shipping. Pity too, because CD Japan has like the lowest price for the Regults, when you compare it against Amiami and HLJ's prices

Amiami apparently has a few pieces with slightly damaged boxes for just 28,080yen! Grab'em if you're not too concerned with the box.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the May release date is for the 2nd batch of orders. Bandai did a 2nd round of orders because apparently too many people were placing orders for this at the very last minute, so they had to close the preorder early and create a 2nd one.

Finally, a chance to own the elusive VF-4G that I never really cared about. Hope the release is further down the road.. and that it'll be at least affordable... Still gotta pay for that VF-0S

What makes the Macross toy line hold their value so well?

I always felt DYRL, Plus and then Frontier, and to a certain extent, the original Macross are the must-watch, though DYRL is a good replacement for the original for new comers as the latter hasn't aged well. Though do skip the nonsensical fillers of Frontier (perhaps just skip straight to the movies). -
I actually just cancelled one of my spares on HLJ, you can probably expect to see it go up one of these days. Also I agree with the sentiment, that this will be fairly easy to get. Not like he's an Ozma

^Well, if the newer hi-metal are less floppier and tight all around, I think that alone would seal the deal. It being all nice and spanking new, and bright white would be good too.

I'm kinda in a dilemma. So far, the GBP VF-1J and the Strike VF-1S Hikaru were both insta-buys. But when Roy comes around, I'm not sure if I should spring for him, since I already owned the earlier iteration of him from the older Hi-Metal line. Incidentally, I have a spare GBP on order if anyone is keen (preferably Singaporean buyers). Otherwise, I'll likely release it back into the wild

what really boggles me is how those Fast Packs even work in Battroid mode.. or how the wings are even suppose to hold them (though anything is possible in space and with over technology).
