I must say , not 1/48 out of proportion, just the official design line art of the battroid mode out of proportion~ EDIT : same happen on the VF-0 first design line art , but have been solve by COMPUTER 3D modeling

if come with the secret minmei toy figure, still worth it... I get the whole box 10 figure plus the secret one, wow.... can buy a 1/48 VF-1 and have much change..... what this suck

if really want to have a MAX-1S. just buy a ROY or hikaru 1S and do a simpliest re-paint works is the best way

but I think the most expensive parts of the 1/48 VF-1 is the development of the transformation system. the re-sculpt of the new parts of the 1D, VE and VT not spent too much cost. beside, most of the parts can re-use, I thinks it's still possible to make profit if produce all 2 seater model. p.s. maybe a complete collection series can lead to increase overall selling.
