    My shipment of 7 betas should be here Monday . But I see in the tracking that they were shipped via Parcel Select Lightweight. 7 betas would require a big ass heavy box... So I'm getting dubious. We'll see.

    I ordered 7 of the 3.99 Betas for $27 and change and got free shipping. Just checked my order and it says the status is Shipped. Holy crap! We'll see what actually shows up.

    The fight scene where Batman racks ass on the goons holding Clark's mom was definitely sped up in the theater cut to hide the gore. In the Ultimate edition, it's at a more realistic speed and you get to see more of the damage he is inflicting on those guys like twisted, cracking bones and blood splatters as he pounds their faces. good stuff.

    I think that this bird looks better when the legs are bent into the fast pack position like in these pics. It gives it a more aggressive stance and the legs don't extend as far out the back. Otherwise they just seem too long, wide and angle outwards. Mine stays together pretty well without having had to coat any of the tabs. Add some decals and light panel lining and it looks spiffy.

    AmiAmi has been listing these at $190 shipped on eBay. With an eBay bucks promotion and some ebates kickback thrown in, I was able to grab one in that range. Gotta work the angles.

    They debuted this trailer on the CW last night during some 30 minute hype show hosted by Kevin Smith. During that, they flashed a scene of the red metallic Audi or whatever that Joker and Harley are riding in in this trailer but Batman was on top of it. The Batfleck version. I'm guessing maybe that sequence is showing how she wound up in jail.

    I applaud you, congrats! It's an enviable achievement. I mainly only collect the 1/55 line, 1/3000 SDF-1 and their various reissues and bootlegs from around the world. During your quest, did you place any limits on minimum condition, i.e. must be in minimum C8 box with unapplied stickers, etc? Do you plan to continue to watch for and upgrade certain pieces?

    Seems they are mixing the design up a bit too as It has the part II Proto-Garland body with standard Part I Garland head.

    It was your pics and review that convinced me. This thing seemed to sell out despite the price so hopefully they do more from the show.

    Perusing HLJ I noticed this was available for order again at the discounted price so I snagged it. Must have been their very last one - a canceled order or something because after they processed my order, the listing went to discontinued status.

    The new Generations Jetfire is basicaly 1/60 scale and will seat 2 pilots. Doesn't offer much protection in battroid mode though, they just hang off the back.

    How about the new Jetfire. It can seat 2 1/60 pilots and we all know how it is intertwined with Macross.
