I would stick MFA stickers over the HG logo on said DVD box to distract my conscous of the fact that it came form HG. In any case I would still enjoy the DVD.

I'd buy it for a dollar... I'd customize the heck out ouf it (correct all the badly molded parts), then paint it a real color scheme

It's funny, because no matter how much we dislike HG's business practices, I've never seen anyone here deny the fact that the one thing HG always had the right to do was distribute the SDF: Macross TV shows. Which is exactly what the AnimeIgo Boxset is. Well you can miss it if you "frequent" this site maybe once a month? once a week? can't remember how often you visit this site? are like me and have a IE window with these boards up on both my PC at home and my PC at work??... I'm usualy up from 7pm to 12pm, I "work da graves". I probably check these boards every 5-15 mins. Before I "offically" joined, I probably read these boards maybe once a month. believe it or not I can be very picky about the boards I post to (consider the fact that I do post here a statement of how positive I feel about this community) You have to realize a topic that has been murdered over and over to you people, who have been on these boards for 4 years, can still be a new topic to a newbie. If you don't want people to ask, you need to "pin" the damn topic... if its pinned and they ask anyways... well you get my point.

Short version. Really is an impressive ballistics sequence. I can't remember did they ever perfect the VLAE System (if I recall the acronym correctly, Verly Low Altitude Ejection System)? I remember they used to say an ejection under 100 feet (?) was suicidal. That it was safer to try to ride the plane in. My "technical" memory is kinda... sketchy anymore. I could be recalling information from the Korean war for all I can remember.

As noble as that might sound.... it would be hard to take 2 stablished franchises and simply fuse them together. Remember, Abombz, that you're talking about the company that fused Macross, Southern Cross, and Mospeada and got away with it for this long. Considering how little attention Southern Cross gets, and how seperate MOSPEADA and Macross are, I would say you are incorrect. Look at how many continuity questions are constantly brought up by Robotech fans. Harmony Gold did a horrid job. hey I agree (for once) with Duke Todo , Southern Cross doesn't get enough attention as for doing a horrid job... for takeing three completely unrelated stores and makeing them "flow" together (well sort of). They did a descent job making 85 eppisodes. What happened after 1985.... was just the crap that made us (speeking of Robotech and Macross fans alike, though not all ) hate HG. hey did I mention this... I saw HG blowing my neighbors poodle

Valkyrie, very nice post. I'd look to see if its still on RT .com but I can't stand to look at the posts to that website's forums... its an eye sore. Don't know if you tried reading them, but most read like they were written by a 12yo. I (speaking for myself) like the super-possables.
