Have not got mine from Tokyo Central and no shipping notices despite charging my card. Do you think I should call up my bank and block that transaction right now? I have a right to do so seeing that they have not replied any of mail emails and not even a hint of courtesy.

Sweet! I want one!

Its called detail. Any gashapon or trading figure collector here can tell you almost any of their female figures who wear a skirt have pull apart legs and sometimes skirts, that reveal panties underneath.

That's what I thought......

Just get a durable drive and do not DROP IT....like my housemate did with mine. I was so pissed then. He paid to replace it....but omg...all the data in it....I felt quite depressed for a week.

Amen! Maybe the Ender's Game movie will deliver! Amen to that as well...though Ender's game has nothing much to do with the actual space battles itself since we don't really know what's going on behind those computer represented blips. I do hope they keep true to the book though and if they do, we probably won't see much space battles in it, unfortunately. But nonetheless, Ender's Game was a good book and will hopefully become a good movie.

What....no KONIG Monster??? Noooo.....but Remote controlled Guntank.... Fun! Looks like Priss will be part of Yamato's Story Image Figure line ie: Trading figures. The 2 figures behind her are Joe and Meg from Bakuretsu Tenshi.

Gamespot has new Robotech: Invasion pics
wolfx replied to 1st Border Red Devil's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
Well I hope they spruce it up for the final game. The screenshots show bad anti-aliasing and the textures look abit...uhhh....dated. -
At the end of Clone Wars, Grivious was featured in the final episode. It showed him basically pwning the ass of the Jedi council. (I think they all died) and he had force powers like any other Jedi. He took them all at once and they didn't stand a chance. So yes, he is force sensitive. which force power he used? using a lightsaber, does not equal having force powers. When jango fought obiwan, I would consider it a tie, but that doesnt mean Jango was force sensitive. Does lifting a heavy pillar and throwing it at one of the Jedi considered a force-sensitive power ? How about your usual pushing of enemies against a wall and dropping a boulder over another? Is he Jedi enough for you or would you think he's a robot with some kinda magnetic power. But on the topic of Jango Fett....i'm no star wars buff but "hero" type characters are regarded as "force sensitive" in the sense that they are sensitive to the force (due to training and skills) but not necessarily enough to be jedi or at least they don't receive any training to become a Jedi. Like how Kyle Katarn from Dark Forces never knew he was force sensitive enough to be a Jed until the sequel. This "force sensitivity" is based on the Trading Card Game and the RPGs though. But it does make sense that even normal non Jedi characters can have an affinity to the force.

What? You mean you preordered yours on December and only get a shipping notice now, after Golden Week? That's fukked up. My friend ordered about 2 days before me (that's after preorders) and he got his already. I sent two "annoyed" emails to them (don't worry...i didn't start bitchin yet) but no replies. GRRRR!! I would very much like to cancel my order now since I already have one. But they already freakin charged my card.

Sigh. I feel your pain. I had a 120 gig Seagate external that I carry around with me to leech people's computers. One day I went to a friend's place...it randomly died and ceased to work. WTF? Depressed the crap outta me. 120 gigs of anime and crap I collected over the years. Got a new one and restarted....and my housemate borrowed the hdd and DROPPED IT from standing height. The thing died. OMFG.....

There was one i vaguely remember.... it involves Ecto-plasm-like green slime, and a mad doctor. I remembered that the toy came with an aquarium, and then you dunk an action figure into it and watch as the "acid" sizzles it and the figure becomes a skeleton or something.

I know that. But are you dead sure these are sega figures? Cause I can't find them under sega in HLJ. That would be because the desk figures are discontinued. You have to do the advanced search to see them along with the other Segas at HLJ. Hobbby Serarch has them all listed by default as well, even though thy are of course sold out there as well. They have better pictures too. Run a search for Evangelion there.www.1999.co.jp/eng Thanks for the site. I had no idea it was that old. It slipped through my net. Sigh! Oh well. There are way too many rei/asukas out there to collect them all anyway.

Looks like Roy's having engine problems. Sigh....half a year for half an hour of good stuff....this is torture i tell you!

What exactly are these? Gashapon or trading figs? 15-20cm figures. PVC statues basically. Range from 1/8 to 1/6 scale I guess give or take. The gasaphons are tiny, you can see 3 of them next to the china dress figures in my group pic above. Just to avoid confusion, I was talkin about the school desk figures. You sure they are the big ones and not the small ones? I think I saw a picture of them on the Jap toy boards and they were gashapon/trading figure size.

Looks cool. G-man lookin as good as ever. What's with the chick though and 3 different packaging. Gordon, G-man and the chick. You get to play 3 chars? Anyway....looks pretty slick. Like G-man's smirk by the end of the vid.

Sorry, but technically you're wrong. Night vision goggles need ambient light to work. If there is no natural light the an IR illuminator is attathed to the goggles. Anyone else who is wearing NV will see a bright green beam of light coming from the IR. I think nowadays they use laser pointers for the light. NVG will not work in total darkness. But light from a laser pointer is apparently enough. Peter: The light's pretty dim and still hard to see in the dark. The guy with the NVG has the most advantage at night. Imagine splinter cell-like NVG.
