RahXephon is meh. The movie was meh-er. If anything the lack of merchandise for RahXephon is an indication on how meh it was. But i have to admit i did like the whole love story bit especially when it was revealed who Mishima Reika really was.

Slightly OT but Amazon is having some big major sales on anime Blu-Rays. Was wondering if anyone knows how Amazon discounts work and how long these prices will be valid cause i'm thinking of holding out until Evangelion 1.11 which is released this early March to save on shipping. i wished i read this thread before wasting money on watching this movie. Legion ended up as a half-baked zombie apocalypse movie with loose christian theology. God decides that he wants to exterminate humans again ala The Flood but this time decides to send angels down to possess humans and become zombies rather than with large bodies of water or brimstone and fire. Michael thinks God sucks and goes on to try and save mankind for some unexplainable reason which is to protect a yet to be born baby that will save mankind (which sorta reminded me of Sarah and John Connor at that moment). Acting was bad. The lines were horrendous. The story....need i say more? Heck even as a zombie film it sucks. Don't waste your moolah on this guys. Trust me.

No probs. I just finished Sora Wa Kakeru Shoujo (The Girl Who Leapt Through Space). Entertaining ride but mostly nonsensical storyline that was hard to follow. I'm not sure what happened but watching colonies bashing each other up was pretty cool.

u know what would be ironic? That these things are more durable than the yammies.

"All those stars in the sky, they are our friends...." very powerful line this since those stars were all enemies on the prologue. But it would be interesting if the movie deviates a little and puts Simon as the spiral nemesis.
