I agree with you on the CF; however, after looking at Jung's CF and Hayao Kakizaki's CF, I'm not so sure I'd be bowled over by Yamato's, if you know what I mean.

The non-combat Valkyries have their appeal, but I don't like them as much. Sure you get a lot of parts and a good sculpt, but there's just something not there for me. I remember you saying that Yamato said it had no plans for the two-seaters - pity.

not just the chest shield, the transformation system must have a little bit change, since the battroid head will move more backward then a normal VF-1 when in fighter mode, the head will have no room to fit because there have a hip joint swing bar. so , if in this double seat cast, must add a slider on the head joint, let it move forward to fit in the place. Good point. I didn't think of that. But it's not an impossible job.

Oh yeah, I want that dark blue one, too! Come on, if a two-seater low-vis was made, you wouldn't buy it? Now, before somebody gets on here and says, "hey Wicked Dumbass, Yamato will never make this, because. . . " I just want to be clear and say the I'd LIKE this and I'd BUY this. That's all.

I think they should make a low-vis version. Seriously, I'd buy one. I don't like the TV paint scheme, so I'd probably ruin it by doing a custom hack job on it.

Well, considering that I mainly like M7 for the characters, the character and relationship development, and the overall themes of the show, well yeah, Most definitely. Macross II has Macross in the title, and I make no secret that I don't like it. Anyone asking a question like that might want to consider the possibility that people have different tastes. This of course goes both ways. I don't expect everyone to like the show, and I can understand why some people wouldn't, while others would love it. If you believe otherwise, then you are no different than those that argue for Macross 7, expecting that everyone should love it and those with dissenting opinions are wrong. Which leads to threads being hijacked by people asking off topic questions like "would I still like M7 (as much) if if didn't have the word Macross in the title?". Not trying to hijack a thread, but I did write "ask yourself," not "ask yourself, then post up your answer." Come on, who really cares if you like M7? Back on topic, again. . . even though that flamed VF-1 is the best of the ones in the pic, I still don't like it.

I think "hijacked" is a bit premature. Wait until there's a big, ehem "debate." Then repost this! When a pic from M7 is posted, soliciting opinions, one can most definitely expect M7 haters. It just so happens that the paricular pic shows defaced VF-1 Valkyries. Off topic, for those who are going to jump in and defend M7, ask yourself, "would I still like M7 (as much) if if didn't have the word Macross in the title?". Back on topic, I'd like to see if even a master like Jung could make one of those paint schemes look good.
