  1. Then, in a Mr. Burns voice (The Simpsons ), SK will say, "Now, go and correct your little interweb compendiums and mecha manuals -- he_he_he."
  2. Wicked Ace

    2 seater 1/48s

    What a tease. Want more.
  3. Sacre bleu! Those are some expensive headlights. Oh, and I really like the stance of your car -- sits nice and low.
  4. Initial reports have been good on this release -- gunpod and landing gear quirks are supposedly fixed.
  5. Like yellowlightman, I've always liked the Corrado. The polished fancy alternator ;) has my attention. How much horsepower does your car make -- that is, if you're willing to state (some people treat such a question as too personal )?
  6. Yeah, the grill is an aftermarket piece which brings the driving lights closer to the middle, like on the 1967 Shelby Mustangs. I thought about trading my '05 in for an '07 Shelby GT500, but I couldn't get any dealership to come anywhere close to MSRP. The best I could get was $10,000 over sticker -- not going to do that, especially for a car that typically puts down (only) about 440ish rear wheel horsepower and weighs 3,900 lbs.
  7. Maybe the price of gold paint has Yamato pushing back the release date.
  8. This is why I've been reluctant to try this stuff -- especially on decals I've paid to have specially made for me.
  9. Oh, I think the part BP8 will need some Preparation H.
  10. I wasn't a fan of the VF-4G Lightning III at first, myself -- I think it was the way the bottom of the battroid hands are covered (see attached battroid pic). However, the more I looked at the design, the more I liked it. Now, it's one of the designs I most want to see made into a toy. The attached pic is of an excellently done variable model kit by member Jarrod -- Yamato, please take a look.
  11. Thanks. It would look better with "Donna" in your avatar in the passenger (or any) seat.
  12. I'm impressed with the car tastes of Macrossworld members -- nice. The attached pic is of my daily driver; for those of you who object, you should know there's a significant mosquito problem in my neighborhood.
  13. During jury selection (called voir dire where I'm from), just admit to being a grown man who still plays with toys -- you'll be dismissed from the jury pool fairly promptly.
  14. I'm excited about the SV-51 release, but I really want to see more of the "high speed, low drag" YF-21 we've been promised.
  15. And, I'm not even sure what a Lov-vis Valkyrie is.
  16. I'm tired of you, so I'm not going to show you my warehouse full of Lov-vis Valkyries, which are individually stored along with my Lamborghini collection for safe keeping -- in the desert. Oh, and on toipic, the 1/60 scale YF-21 is there, too.
  17. I'm only kidding around. I keep adding these: to convey this. I'm neither agreeing nor disagreeing with you.
  18. Yeah, but he's got a Gundam avatar -- that ought to get some bonus points.
  19. Surely, you can see the humor in having a Gundam avatar and making a statement about Yamato (our current main supplier of Macross) toys not being worth $200. You might get flamed a little bit.
  20. I want to order one of these. . . . . . and send it to Dobber's house with a note attached, saying, "please hurry up and paint -- thank you."
  21. Where are you (I-got-mine-before-the-rest-of-you)SV-51 people with your pics? Swoosh is really representing, but in the wrong thread.
  22. Emotion-charged backlash coming in 3. . . 2. . . 1
  23. El Gigante Loco Roboto Especiale is kind of gitchy.
