  1. Another member mentioned having commisioned one. Hopefully, we will get pics when it is done.
  2. That was nothing. Where's the good stuff?
  3. Where's all the nitpicking about imagined problems, sculpt and color? Is this Macrossworld.com? Seriously, the lack of criticisms (especially unfounded ones) concerns me.
  4. Those are both sweet! I'm a big fan of Kurt's work.
  5. In case you haven't already seen this, Chowser posted this in another thread.
  6. Actually, some have, in many different threads.
  7. Do you know this for fact?
  8. So, is the SV-51 (sort of) a first step to Yamato redeeming itself? I don't own a SV-51 yet, so this question is of particular relevance to me.
  9. Looking good, physioguy.
  10. I agree with what you've posted, and I don't blame you one bit for being distrustful of Yamato ever since the VF-0. That being stated, I will point out that the hinge and droop are fairly minor annoyances compared to battroid arms breaking off.
  11. Members seem pretty pleased with their SV-51s. Correct me if I'm wrong.
  12. Yamato hasn't exactly had a perfect track record. Hopefully, the 1/60 scale YF-21 will be a (another?) redeeming step in the right direction for the company.
  13. Persistent, aren't you? Here you go:
  14. Ah, I see. Don't trust Yamato to do anything right -- got it.
  15. I guess I'm just too stupid to make the connection between breaking limbs (due to shoddy/mismatched materials) and limbs designed to be removable. Anyway, I'm not keen on the removable limbs; instead, I hope the feet (leg) positioning is designed the way it is for detail rather than amputee purposes.
  16. PM me about what you're going with -- I hope for this amount, this is more than just a regular mod motor rebuild. After seeing all the SV-51 pictures, I'm going to have to pop for one, sooner or later.
  17. I believe Graham posted fairly recently that he was attempting to get information from Yamato on this.
  18. I hope this is the explanation for the visible battroid feet in fighter mode. If I had to nitpick the YF-21. . . the empty shell which makes up the rear section of the fighter always bothered me; I always wondered where the guts of the fighter (even with the space-saving measures made possible by overtechnology) would go in order to get my mind to imagine the YF-21 actually working. IIRC, some aircraft nut on this site pretty much covered the micro ducts from the intakes to the engines in the nacells, but one can imagine a whole lot of other necessary stuff to make this fighter plane/soldier work. Where's all that stuff? Note, I don't have benefit of any line art books containing mechanism sketches.
  19. It might be an east coast/west coast rivalry. You two have to come together and do what Biggie and Tupac couldn't.
  20. Not really. M7 fans still get what M7 fans like, and anti-M7 fans still get the bits and pieces of the series which anti-M7 fans like, and everyone gets the gist of the story which really happened. Oh, and why is the Exedol head the one from DYRL, anyway, and not the one from the SDFM?
  21. I hope M7 gets relegated to a television series within the timeline status.
  22. VF-X Ravens scheme from VF-X2: Project Supernova schemes: Supernova Blue Supernova Blue Battroid Supernova Orange
  23. I'm really hoping for a VF-X Ravens scheme.
  24. I don't have an SV-51 yet, but I'd like to get one with the right paint scheme.
  25. Why don't you go ahead and make two.
