Future is the most "forgiving" stuff ever. http://www.swannysmodels.com/TheCompleteFuture.html -
Kaoi--that is last year's ToyFair you linked to. But they showed the Ent-B again this year---with the wrong nacelle endcaps (Excelsior style, not Ent-B style).

Did you clearcoat everything, or just over the markings? And what'd you use? (I was leaning toward using Future, and only over the major areas of paint) -

I prefer the F as well. The S has *5* head lasers. Yeesh. -
Yamato 1/60 VF-19 Fire Valkyrie

Blazer wings are completely different from both Basara's and the YF-19/VF-19A. And I don't think you can even use YF-19 wings on Basara's, due to the different glove and tailfin. Heck, even the pivot point may be different once Yamato gets around to finalizing/tweaking. (the wing itself is mostly same, but as you get towards the root, everything changes due to the different tailfin location---the VF-19F/S/Kai almost have a kind of tailboom there, the YF-19 doesn't at all) Each type of -19 pretty much needs its own wing mold, despite there only being 2 basic wing shapes. -

Speaking for Graham: Not without significant remolding. Basara's valk is far from "a VF-19S with a new head". (namely wings, canards, shoulders) Hmmn---anyone know if the wing gloves are identical? (this would be the very largest piece of hib-kibble that the wings retract into in battroid mode) -

Eh, from how often I get exactly 50% CPU usage, a lot of my programs can't take advantage of 2 cores... -
Yeah, I was thinking "very tiny turbine with very small supply lines in a primary loop". Of course, I think you'd need a couple million RPM or so to make the power needed, then the turbine itself becomes the most dangerous aspect.

Length and size are very different. The VF-27 is big, but not extraordinarily long. The 2 extra engines and the numerous fins contribute a lot of mass and volume, but nothing to length or wingpsan. Just something to keep in mind when comparing valks (and real planes too) -
"Going critical" is the most normal thing for a reactor to do. 99.9% of the nuclear reactors that are operating at this moment, are critical. (at least, I would sure hope so). I think a big issue with almost any type of anime reactor, is that we're missing a critical element---how is POWER derived from that reactor? Nuclear reactors don't make electricity or plasma or anything else---they make heat. And just about every one I can think of converts that heat to something useful via steam. We've got to know what it does, before we can figure out why stopping or increasing some aspect of it would make it explode... (a reactor in meltdown doesn't explode---it's all the air/steam that does) Ironically, a valk's turbine is by far the most logical/realistic use, as turbines are almost inherent to any nuclear installation. (assuming you actually want to DO something with the radiation, vs simply creating the radiation to study its effects like many university reactors etc do)

Just don't go 24 hours without healing after getting bit. Getting bitten isn't instant vampirism. The glitch only happened if you "vampired around for a few weeks" THEN tried to do the quest to get cured.

If they sold the green A-Wing separately, they could sell zillions.

OK, true. FF 2 is so annoying I've never finished it, neither the original nor the remake. I actually got STUCK. And I believe the only solution to advance would be to cast "heal" 2400 times. (or esuna, or whatever they called it in that iteration) Oblivion has the 2nd-worst upgrading system, and the worst of any I've finished. Still, FF 2's at least makes SENSE. It's just slow and annoying. Oblivion's is utterly counter-intuitive. You actually have to choose and use skills you DON'T want to make the ones you do use more powerful...

Is there a way to turn off avatars?
David Hingtgen replied to danth's topic in MW Site News & Member Feedback
Or you could use the board's own "turn off avatars" option. My Controls, Options-Board Settings (left column near the bottom), Display-View avatars (just a bit underneath the time settings) -
Oblivion can be tough due to having the weirdest, stupidest method for leveling up/skills ever.

Ack, typo---I meant "swath along the upper part of the intake", not canopy.
