    It seems that there's multiple ways to unlock stuff. In short without spoiling (and how little I've read to avoid spoilers): You need "X amount of Y" to get the best ending or whatever. You can do this by either playing sidequests in the main game, or playing multiplayer. Or a mix of both. So whichever you like doing better---do that, and you'll unlock/earn everything needed for the best ending in the actual game.

    Do what I do for a more enjoyable experience: If the episode promo/intro indicates it will be a JarJar/Padme-centric episode--SKIP IT. Entirely. Trust me on this, others have agreed with this approach. Don't suffer through some slapstick-filled civilian multi-parter just to say you watched every ep, when all you really want to see is more Clone Troopers kicking ass...

    Nevermind that the 1/60 YF-19, YF-21, and VF-11 are also all effectively re-makes. Different scale yes, but they are the V2's already IMHO. We'd be talking V3 for the YF-19...

    Remember it's a French word, like pitot, so it's pronounced ver-nee-ay. Not ver-neer. Plural=ver-nee-ays. PS---so, katakana experts, accounting for the French pronunciation, does that affect spelling/canon? PPS--of course, how many people in Japan would know how it's correctly pronounced and thus translate it properly?

    Basically, the sprues attach to the back of each piece, not the sides. Cut carefully, and you can maintain a flawless finish. This is Bandai, king of color-injection and slide-molding. They can route the sprues a slightly different way. (honestly, I wish they made ALL parts like that, as it'd make unpainted Gundam kits even nicer-looking, as you could avoid all sorts of sprue nubs/scars---but I figure it's more expensive to do so, and Bandai doesn't want to increase the price of an MG kit by like 20% just to reduce sprue scars)

    That's what I'm doing. I figure the valks themselves will be easier to acquire in the future (regardless of if they're re-released) than the armor and super packs.

    Bandai's Star Trek kits are actually pre-painted, entirely. Only ones I've seen.

    My argument was that the sculpt isn't improved compared to a Trendmasters or even Masterpiece Voltron. With THAT big a scale to work with, I'd have expected something pretty darn amazing/screen-accurate. Not something which can't even fold the legs up all the way and still doesn't look that good in lion mode.

    I just realized that the overhead CAD drawing in battroid mode makes it look like they forget a major step in the transformation---that the rear panels between the wings and fuselage fold down 90 degrees. (yellow in Mr March's pic): http://macross2.net/...lorcode-vf4.gif PS----that blog also says 280mm tall in battroid mode, which is 11 inches. (though is that top of the head, top of the shoulders, or top of the tail fins? The VF-4's kinda weird in battroid mode).

    I had no idea it was that much larger than the "standard" Voltron(s). That makes it even more sad that they couldn't improve the sculpt/leg articulation/transformation.

    I thought ep 4 was by far the worst in the series, mainly because Banagher went way more "I have to understand humanity/emotions" than before, and more than even most other Gundam/anime pilots. Was all good up till then. Ending battle was awesome, but that's all because it was OTHER people doing the fighting.

    Repainting the legs won't make them fold up any better in limb mode.

    Wish they'd ship them over en-masse to the US. I still need a 25F (but not for twice what it'd have cost to get from HLJ)
