    I always ascribe situations like this, to overall height vs torso height. Two people of the same height, could have different torso vs leg length. Also---I know of very few people 6ft plus who think the Camaro has anything close to "more than enough" room.

    I bet that'd be an awesome (yet full of crazy) book. Anyways, was in B&N today---they had a JP (sorry, JW) display of stuff---they had the new LEGO sets, some of the better/newer Schleich dinos (surprisingly, as most places sell the less-accurate/older Schleich stuff---the new Kentrosaurus is a must-have), and some books on display. Sadly none of the dino books were written for people older than 9.

    I sure hope so, just for display variation options if nothing else. (still hoping for an armor set to become available---I mean, it'd cost them almost nothing to produce---just pop out another couple sets, in grey instead of lavender)

    Yes, but "at the bottom" is still way too high, often with inches of clearance below. "at the bottom" with the seat tilted way back, shouldn't put my head only a finger or two from the headliner, being "merely" 6ft tall. (I measure headroom with my fingers, it works well---1 finger is suicidal, 2 fingers is "eerie", 3 fingers is bare minimum to live with, 4 fingers is good)

    I think people are more used to the G1 toy's proportions, than the real thing. It's kinda like how MP Sideswipe looks "off"---because the real thing has a shorter/wider hood than the G1 toy, and the MP is matching the real car, not the G1 toy. All the recent stuff is going for spot-on car proportions---and exotic/racing cars tend to have some oddities. Jazz is just plain weird-looking----that's how his rear wheels are:

    Grace's is 102 and the CF is 302, but Bandai seems to get that backwards most of the time. (302 is never seen on-screen though, but 102 is so we're very sure it's Grace's)

    It's the Marines! Every aircraft*! *yeah, they included drones I thought the different sizes of Hornet squadrons was interesting. Had no idea the Red Devils were that small, relatively.

    TF4 will be a permanent fixture. TF5 will be in theaters, and there'll still be one-step Grimlocks and Lockdowns clogging shelves...

    Both airliners and carrier-based planes often do this, to keep the engines spooled up for better response in case something happens. Fokker 28/100 and the Bae146 are the best examples I can think of. The final flap-setting on most every (non-Airbus)airliner exists almost solely for this reason---there is usually very little additional lift gained by going from "almost full" to "full" flaps---but there is more drag, so you can run the engines up further without speeding up. (the 727 and early 737 rarely land at max flap, they usually land at second-to last) "Flaps 50" is basically "airbrake mode".

    I've been free for years----but Avast Free is quickly becoming more annoying than most websites, due to relentless pop-up ads etc.

I used AVG before Avast, might go back. ::reads more reviews:: Hmmn, Panda looks interesting. I remember one time years ago, that a Panda scan was the only thing that found something---I *knew* my PC had something, but everything else I ran said it was clean---but doing a scan through Panda's website found it.

    I just hope the wings/tailfins fold up/away somewhere, and aren't just hanging on the back in their fighter-mode arrangement like most of HFH's valk designs lately. (the -29 is horrid in this regard) After the -11, it's like he stopped trying to find a place for the wings, and just let them hang whereever they ended up.

    Current opinions on free anti-virus? Avast gets more annoying by the day. I swear they're inventing new things to bug you about...

    Question for those who may know: If the manufacturers want to preserve their low roof-line for exterior appearance, why can't they just lower the seats some for more headroom? Don't need 6 inches, just an inch or two can make a HUGE difference for a good chunk of the population. Every time I sit in a potential new car, and crank the seat down all the way to check headroom--it always seems like there's room to allow it to go down further--it just doesn't due to how they designed the rails. (ever see a cut-away of a Countach? I think there's about 1 inch between butt and outside air, at the low-point of the seat---you CAN build seats down much lower to the floorpan) Heck, a semi-permanent adjustment would be really nice. Like a "high" and "low" bolt-placement. The power adjustments would still work, it'd be independent of that---just have alternate places for the actual bolts to insert, that hold the seat to the rails/tracks. Could change them when you sell it, etc. Set it to "high" for old ladies, etc.

    Exactly. Why do cars 1000lbs less and several FEET smaller in dimension, have better head/shoulders room? Seriously, I bet some Italian sports cars are better in that regard, than the 2007+ Camaro. I am 6ft and one-half inch tall. That is not at all "unusual" nor should it "be a factor" when buying a car. Guys 6'6" have that problem---I should not---but I sure do in the Camaro! (heck, even my current car is quite iffy---I hate its sunroof for that reason, as an extra inch would be a world of difference---but for that car---EVERY SINGLE ONE that was not custom-ordered, has a sunroof, so there was almost no way to get one without)

    Any redesign where you have to point out what's different, is pointless. "Rear fenders now go 3mm more out and 4.5mm further up!" I bet the top of the glass is still pupil-high, like the last one I sat in. There's "low, sleek roofline" and then there's "just plain stupidly low". The Camaro is the latter. For that much mass and volume, I shouldn't feel claustrophobic. Considering how changed(and awesome) the Corvette is now, I was kinda hoping that the 2nd-fastest/coolest Chevy might get a bit of the same "spark of inspiration". But nope, not at all.
