You should really grab a VF-0S, it is flawless and the color scheme is very attracting. I really like the 0D and 0A, but thats probably because I don't have the falling legs issue. The engineering is really good and the tolerances are very tight. Among all my Macross stuff the new VF-0 are the ones that feel the less as "toys" and the more "collectibles"

enphily: That's some serious yellowing, have you tried to clean the yellow parts with an electric teeth brush + toothpaste? I had my Yamato VF-1J back to white using this.

With the 0 armor releasing now, Arcadia would better announce a new mold.

What about this VF-0B in the Hasegawa paint schem!?

Ho yeah! This is really amazing Arbit

I am amazed how fast is modelling with Rhino3D

Another bad memory is the 25 renewals... when nobody expected it. But being honest, the 31s are great toys and even if I can see some improvements to be made, rear wheels too small-better canopy painting, I don't think a renewal is justified. Re issue probably but not before 2 years

That's a great fix, but I really need to examine these wings closely to try to make one with the high speed mode. Since I have one already opened, I really don't have any excuse! For those on the fence of opening theirs, the wing should have some glue, just take a regular flat screwdriver and make your way inside the wing and pry it gently until the glue cracks. Once opened, you don't really need to glue the wing back together, the screws are sufficient. The glue just make the wing perfectly seamless

I liked both the previous and this schem, this head is really nice, the more I see it the more I want to make the complete upgrade set... i still got an unpainted version lying around

Depending of the scene they are more or less huge. I am not done yet but I think this vajra can be large enough for the horse riding pose: MT, the vajra looks pretty cute once painted, but perhaps because it's larger than cats it could frighten them.

I am pretty much done with the painting of the parts I got printed so far. The rest of the model is still not finished due to a lack of modeling time. That's a relief for the wallet!

Working on strengthening the legs joints and quick shots of the current paint on the hands, a lot more detailing and paint layers still remaining.

Thanks lot MJ

The painted black stripes were on the inside or you have repainted them before applying the tint?

Am I alone to think this canopy is horrible ? Anyone else want to cut the oversized tabs and clean all the ugly metallic tint ?

If I were Bandai and made molds, I would do small addons to screw on the Workroid parts to convert them. As I use 3D printing and it only costs me time to edit the current Workroid file into an optimized Cheyenne II, that what I would do. MT: It looks like a kit made of cut plastic board, which make sense because there are very little curves in this model. This is only guesses since I didn't know of this kit either.

I was missing a few colors to complete the arms and legs, but I finished the canon and almost the head (a bit of eye-liner there and there) i really really like the color scheme. I don't know why in frontier the vajra don't look as good as when you got it in the hands... the color mix in the vajra is super nice. Probably because the production has never used enough light on the vajra to make their colors pop. Last picture: I thought a little glow in the dark would be nice, and they also react to UV light

Originally, you got the Cheyenne 1st version in Macross Zero, the Cheyenne II is supposedly just an upgraded version with nuclear engine but since the two franchises were made differently, they look a bit different. I think that in Zero the Cheyenne looks buffier. In delta, the Workroid is 80% à Cheyenne.

I am too busy to make this one, I would love a DX toy out of it... come on it was aired in Delta!
-
Probably it can, I have used alcool and acetone on it, but I would be cautious with a long bath.

Haha I second that!
