That 31A is damn sexy and I want to make a warning for anyone who wants to remove their 31's canopy: Last week, I was totally fed up with my 31J metal coated canopy and decided to clean it. It was rather easy to lift but very hard to remove it out of the valk. I probably forced too much on the transparent plastic and when I was wiping it clean with alcohol the tabs did crumble around the pin. Since then I have painted the frame in grey and try to repair the tabs with CA glue. Unfortunately it didn't work. But I am working on a fix from shapeways that hopefully will work.

@MechTech I had the same concern for my kid when searching for a suitable wire to make an antenna, I finally went for a 1mm aluminum "weaved" cable, they are strong enough to keep the desired shape but they will ploy with any slight pressure. The total diameter cable can be as small as 0.3, and from a reasonable distance they look just like a plain wire. just a picture how they look like, but probably steel would be still a bit too tough for your need, I recommend Aluminum ones.

That reminds me my wife saving an old magnum of wine Saint Emilion 1978, she never wanted to open it but last week the bottle broke and we had to drink it. Fate or not, but I think I enjoyed more the present pleasure of drinking it when it still was good than just keeping the joy for later. She was a little upset, I guess she is more like a MISB collector, and I prefer to play and sometimes broke my precious toys now. -

Hey thanks for the praises, but these missiles are not mine. In fact you can tell that because my PaCSWS-2C have a larger glass window for the embarked camera. None the less, the custom missiles will really fit this 31A variant, I can't wait N-Y to ship mine too
