@Jasonc @valhary and for who ever else may need them, I have made a pdf for the "tatoos". I made a Letter size (USA) and A4 size (EUROPE) versions. I also added the vertical stabilizers logos and because I have slightly oversized the 1:60 fins logos, I made a set in the 1:72 scale too on the same sheet.
You can download the pdf here.

I was going to try today, but I have a lot of sleep to catch up on, and I'm not feeling that great, so I'll try to start tomorrow. I am having one helluva time with the wings though. Maybe I'm just not prepping them right? I may need to order them again to try those again.
I had a hard time to insert the pins, I ended using 0.9mm pins for the 2 last articulations. Other than that, you can sand a bit around the articulations to make them close better. If you have any issue just let me know.

I like the mtr theme choice too

I have done that before, and it works great, specially in two cases: 1- when the part is half hidden and doesn’t need a lot smoothing. 2- when the paint is kind of pearlescent and it covers thicker and smoother than the primer so it reduces the preparation time.
Only downside is that the color ruins the sanding tools that you cannot use later on different colors

Haha, if you look closer, this is the same bracket found on the Vf-31 that uses to hold the different pods...
And strangely, that reminds me how they constructed the Vajra Queen from the smaller Vajras in the Macross Frontier movie by assembling the legs as hands, canon as antennas, tails as hips.
That looks like cheap model recycling/product placement

Thanks spanner! Would you be able to post a pic with an arrow pointing where you trimmed the plastic?
I remember doing something similar to the smaller rear fin of the left leg. It would just pop off when transforming back from battroid mode and rotating it to its original location in fighter mode.
I have shave a bit of plastic in the designated location and also I accentuated the 1mm hole with a drill bit.
My right leg is almost ok, so it is untouched

The more reason not to sell the Arcadia YF-19.
I am still undecided if I will sell my copy or not but it will get in its storage carton for sure

Classy.
This is the only thing that's missing.
Isamu Bike photo courtesy of Xigfrid's Shapeway page.Ha so classy :) I have to check if the DX Isamu can fit the bike, because when I quickly checked, he had the legs joined together and I am not sure if they would prevent to sit flush or not.

Enough 31 already, let’s invest in the new DX Macross Plus toyssss!

I don't know if I like the "real" Hikaru pilot teenage size upgrade though

They said this is a Valkyrie Factory, so I presume this is the KO

It's on my to-do list, I'm not aware of any up on there already.
And they would probably fit the Arcadia missiles too, they look very very similar to me, minor the pylon attachments.

I think the Kai will be harder to get later compared to the YF-19, not counting on the fact that the YF-19 has an higher chance to be re-edited compared to the limited edition.
But as said, the 19 has a much better playability/posability and more missiles to share with other 31s

Just found the picture for the rotating front landing gear

Yeah I made a small indent with an exctato knife where the fast pack touches and pushes on the fin.

If I remember well the renewal 25 and 29 came with soft plastic by default and they had hard plastic replacements (except 29B saggy antennas !). They should have kept this trend or at least give a second hard plastic antenna. Hopefully this will be the case for future releases.
