    As long as they keep making them. I want to be able to get one someday and not have it cost an arm and torso to buy. And totally agree on the VFX schemes.

    Are ya'll still whining and moaning about pre-orders? Wake me up when there's real news. Can't beleive there's X amount of pages of just whining and crying over a toy (got bored after skimming back 5 pages for the last bit of "real" news). In fact the last bit of real news that I saw was an add back on page 16... The rest is nonsensical whining and crying over pre-orders with a small splash of want for a CF scheme. /golfclap Good job folks.

    Yeah I saw that, but as with anyone on the "net" these days, gotta toss out how "we" want it. lol. I think it looks really good as is. Now for the FAST Packs! Really need to dig up and find pics of my old Hasegawa YF-19 done up in Hikaru DYRL colors. Had a lot of fun with that build!

    YES!! Thanks VF5S for doing this. I can now dig out my 2 sole v2 VF-1's and fix them........again!! I'll be keeping an eye on this thread for news! Awesome job man!

    Agree. Friggin sweet!! Great job! My only critique is to maybe finish out the front edges of the canards in black, so it resembles the Focker even more while in battroid. But again, thats just "my" personal touch to it. Looks awesome as is!

    I really hope they don't discontinue the VF-11. It's one of my fave valks and I still have yet to pick one up!

    Beat me to it. Like an early predecessor of the Viper. So does that mean we'll be seeing saucer-ish/crescent shaped drone craft coming out of Russia?!?! Edit: The last one also kind of looks like something out of the Wipeout vid game.

    Nah, I'm with you on the 1/48's. I dig the 1/60 v2's, but the nose and sheer size of the 1/48's are what I love about them. The 1/60 v2's pull off everything else but the nose, and I'm not too thrilled about the shoulder breakage on mine, even after replacing them. Suffice to say, the VF-4 has been one of the very few "must haves" on my list, and can't wait to see pics! Bring it Yamato!!!

    From what I've read, the PS Vita is having a tough launch in Japan. Sales aren't that great. It has yet to hit stateside, but I'm looking forward to it. I'm hoping it does well, as it kinda helps my career.

    Don't fret it. Build it to what YOU originally envisioned, and most importantly.......enjoy it. Hasegawa's are fun!

    Ditto on that. I've always loved the YF/VF-19 design, and I too hope that when I can finally get around to getting one, that the economy etc. will be in a better state.

    I second the "want" of a Low Viz scheme, and further approve of a new stealth variant and more variants that are non-cannon.

    I really hope they release something soon. I've been itching to get a few different 1/48's and also pick up the VF-11B. Hopefully they'll re-release all the kits w/ FAST packs. Too fun to build!

    Wasn't Toynami planning on doing a re-release of the 1/55 mold stateside with all sorts of variations, including the 1D and others? I take it that got canned or there wasn't enough interest?

    Depending on how Prometheus shows/performs will determine my excitement factor for the new Blade Runner. Right now I'm giddy as hell, but I'm keeping it in check till I see more. But seriously, a Blade Runner using technology and FX from today.........it'll look amazing to say the least.

    Just found out this morning that the replacement arms that I got for my VF-1S S/Str. the shoulder on one side is showing a hairline crack. Not liking this at all. My Hikky 1A S/Str also has cracked shoulders but I never got around to getting replacements. Gonna have to box this one back up and tuck it away. :/

    All, I know what the silhouette of an F-14 looks like. Lived in San Diego practically all my life and saw them flying overhead constantly as a child. The only reason I even took notice, was because it WASN'T one of the many F-18's doing their dusk runs. Maybe they flew one in for the aviation museum they have there? I see the banner for it on their advertising board on the way to work everyday. /shrug
