Nah, they just change the status to "Orders Closed" for sold out items, like so: http://www.amiami.com/top/detail/detail?gcode=FIGURE-012174 You can find all items they have sold in a search, they don't just delete the item page.

Hmm, I may get a 2nd set.

Interestingly enough, Amiami doesn't even have a page for the HMR DYRL VF-1A Hikaru. This WAS the item page... http://www.amiami.com/top/detail/detail?scode=FIGURE-035168

Nah, Amiami. Disappointing. My guess is we got some newbie at the factory who didn't realize the left and right pieces were different and dumped them in the same bin.
-
Damnit. Just got my DYRL VF-1A Hikaru and count me in as one of the people who got 2 left leg armor support pieces. Did it only happen on the left for everyone or did some get 2 rights?

Hopefully we get the tomahawk next. The rest of skull squadron is highly likely though. It's time for an all new mold...Zentran armors will hopefully be teased next.

I really wish Ley/Rey was packed with a modular beam pistol/rifle. It would have been the perfect finishing touch.

So many variations yet to go!!!

And for the record, CMS got closer with the dark legioss pair, they weren't as loose and fiddly as the original 3. The heels on the originals were so frustrating. The legioss design is pretty easy and you don't have to have all the spring-loaded click joints that Gakken put into the joints (which became weak points). That said, I don't hate the ET Legioss, its just not quite what it could have been.

Welp, I've paid for the Ley and will get it before Stick. Stick is held up with my HMR VF-1A until Amiami figures out that the Legioss won't release til next month...

No word on the ET Legioss Zeta? I do realize its Golden Week. Maybe amiami will just invoice me for the Mospeada and HMR VF-1A...

Do we have a pre-order date? Better yet, ok Friday. What time? 4 PM JST?

Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets
easnoddy replied to areaseven's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
Saw it Friday. Lead actor's voice is forced and distracting, like Keanu in the Matrix movies (or Bill and Ted). There's zero chemistry between the main actors (the girl was much better than the boy). Lastly, as bad as it it was going it dropped to new levels of bad acting and voiceover work when Rihanna entered the picture. The dance scene was ok but TOO LONG and then she talks and its monotone, forced, incongruent and terrible. And she's in the film distracting you for around 20 minutes.- 52 replies

Sweet, maybe they can do this bad boy next...

Doesn't look like much difference on the ARMD's except the glow paint. But I suck at painting and the red lines on the cannon booms are the main thing I'm glad are painted. That and it's already paid for.

The glaug is probably my favorite toy in the line, I got 2. Its brilliant. The regults and the destroids are so great also. The valkyries are pretty good and quite enjoyable. The only 1 I'm missing is the original GBP set.
-
Thanks for keeping the line going guys! Best i'll do is 2 of non-main characters.

Both were delayed another month... Gonna be an expensive April (ET Legioss, Sentinel Mospeada, HMR VF-1A)

Not interested in the Xabungle or Techroid Blader whatsoever. I'm thinking if they did an HMR Orguss the size of the HMR Dougram it would be around 1/60 scale. Bandai could package in-scale M-Lover's together and the Dee and Dal together. Ishkicks would be the same size as the original Takatoku's (albeit less fragile). I fear Megahouse finished with Orguss after they milked that mold.

Alien ship-monsters. Abrams totally LOST'ed us all again.

I decided to get the ET Legioss with my HMR Elintseeker. Overall its better than my ET VF-2SS. Thoughts... The hands? WTF? Why were the fingers not attached? There is a tab on the palm that DOES NOT FIT the handle of the gun? I glued the fingers on. Transformation is good, those shoulder joints are SCARY though. Why is the part that connects to the shoulder not diecast? Gakken did that better. The fact they used the same hinge swing bar for both shoulders (at least one mine) is very disappointing, disrupts symmetry in soldier mode. I can't get one forearm to connect all the way back to the shoulder in fighter mode, its kinda worse than the CMS version in a way. The plastic is cheap, but not as bad as the 2SS. The leg joints are very well done but like always the feet don't collapse enough, I liked what Gakken did with the heel a long time ago. I like the paint job, but the lack of tampo is lame given the price. Also, better stickering instructions would have been nice. Lastly, tabs, if you're gonna have them, make them WORK and fit. There's ill-conceived and ill-fitting tabs almost everywhere. All that said, its decent enough for me to get the other 2 though.

And i have all 3 Megahouse Orguss toys, but would love an HMR take with better diecast joint sturdiness as well as size matching the HMR line. AND!!!...other non-orgroid mecha. Same for Mospeada, OMG HMR Inbit would be...drool... But I digress... they need to tease us with more Macross. I like my Elint a lot, less excited about Super O, VERY excited about Tomahawk and Nexx VF-2SS. But I really want something only-teased in the first diorama like the Queadluun or Nousjaduel.

Only 1 HMR Macross toy on preorder. Gah! Come on Bandai, give us a date on the Tomahawk! I have no interest in the other HMR lines other than Dougram though. Would be ecstatic for additional Dougram mechs though. Also, Orguss and Mospeada would make lovely HMR toys... because Bandai would do it RIGHT.

The HM-R regults are so good I'm at an impasse as to whether or not to keep the Toynami regults. My missle regults have loose legs, but not too loose. They stand on their own pretty well.
