Me too!

HLJ is very likely done. They put up all of the Bandai reissue items today, and VF-25 is the first one to be gone, Ultraman Zoffy the second. They were the two most popular items so they were gone first. The other reissue items are still available.
-
This is ridiculous. A 6000 yen markup from retail and still gone in a minute.
-
...Why? Bandai will probably release a renewal tornado pack for much cheaper than this.
-
The reason for them having the additional stock for yf-29 30 is simply that they set them aside at pre-ordering. Someone posted an official email stated as such a while ago.

You guys are all welcome. It is truly a surprising event when such a preorder is open for so long. Did they take HLJ's alloted stock or something?

Not exactly. The first batch of around 10 got taken in 15 min. Then another batch of maybe 5 came in after an hour, gone in 10 min.
-
...and sold out in 10 minutes? At a site that only serve English and French-speaking customers at 5am EST? What is going on, really?

It was cheaper than NY and only 1000 yen more expensive than HLJ, and they had 1 per customer limit, so I thought it was good news. Funny how fast it ran out even though no one expected it.

http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/goods/goods_detail.html?KEY=NEOGDS-79192 17000 yen! GO! Gone in 15 min. Well that was fast. They had multiple stocks, too. Around 10, I believe. ...Funny, I can't edit the name of the topic to let people know that it's gone. BACK UP AGAIN!

http://www.maximabuy.com/index.php?dispatch=products.view&product_id=32614 They have the same thing listed at $300 somewhere else, so no.
-
check here once per day and you won't miss anything. Bandai normally announce the reissue one day before the pre-ordering starts.
-
Of course not. But there will be extra shipping cost and time delay involved. ...That's a very valid point.

I guess we are talking about different things then. The number of rvf-25s that you want to buy is entirely your business. I'm just saying that, if you end up not wanting all 5, canceling is a more efficient method of re-distributing those than doing an exchange here.

Huh? If you think NY ones are guranteed, and you only want 3, then why order another three at hobbyfan? Why don't you just order 1? I'm not saying you should cancel them NOW. I'm saying you should cancel them when hobbyfan fulfills your order and you have 2 extra at NY.

I actually think it's better for you to cancel if you do not intend to keep all. If you cancel, it's much easier for people to go to NY to order those extra units; it will be hard for them to buy it off of you.

They had awesome price too... They didn't have mark-up this time.

You know, NY only charges 17000 Yen for the bird and at most 2000 Yen for shipping. Now that the Yen has depreciated considerably, It's at most 210 USD.

Thanks for sharing the info. At least HLJ's customer service is still very fast. Now about this 10 per customer thing... Just what exactly were they thinking? Problem is, normally when items are in high demand, like sales, shops limit purchases so that more people can get the discount and shop there again. Now they are just getting people disillusioned about this preorder gig.

Thanks for sending the email and sharing the info. I never quite figured out how HLJ's order system works--as you said, sometimes invisible limits apply. However, if the limit is invisible, you usually can place a second order increasing your total number of items ordered.

11900. The number was reduced because other people placed a large order and removed the quantity available to you.

For sure. I can't believe they "limited" this to 10 per customer. Some people definitely bought ten.

Are you sure about not having a vf-27 + super parts? If you are, kudos to you because I just have to have that bird.
