Yes you do. He's not bad and deserves some love too I have the DYRL version and tv. I will get the weathered DYRL version to go with my weathered Max VF-1S. Yes you're right the Max VF-1S didn't have strike packs and so mine doesn't either.

Very Nice! My kid was excited with boxes coming in twice a week. I went to Sakura Con today. Not much Macross stuff or cosplayers.

I still need to get a GPB armor in 1/48 scale I was going to get it in 1/60 but prices are insane. Btw here are is my 1/60 v2 Skull squadron.

I like both equally. The TV white is cool for my SDFM collection and the off-white for my DYRL stuff.

I too love the v2 1/60's I have about 16 of them. For a lot of us we have been collecting since the late 80's. Between 2002 and 2009 the 1/48's were the best Valkyries money could buy. Or you could get the 1/55 Bandai valks(which I still like) and the Toynami stuff the very definition of floppy Valkyries. Back in 2003 you couldn't say hmmm I think I'll wait 6 more years for the v2 1/60's a lot of collectors at that time loved the 1/48's as the best valks of their time and still holds well against the newer models with gimmicks the newer stuff still do not have.
