thats pretty standard release procedure actually...some shops put the worst scenario dateline first ie end of month, when in actuality the toy is released after mid month... call it buffer or what you may like ...

yeah it looks too good to be true, doesnt it?! but there is a way to display it...on a special display box on its own.. away from all the other "regular" valks.. Or just look to collect panel lined valks (customs) from now on!

Thanks for the link, I guess its sold out cos its a popular F-4 in Japan.... Seems that a future release list isnt as easy to find, so its back to refreshing AJ and CDJ, on a bi-weekly...if i remember.. -

The regular 0D was released years back. This VF-0D (as per pic) is the yet to be released, incoming PF version of the 0D.

yea patience is the way to go.. Just my searching for the 0D after looking at the lineart in the variable fighter book, led me to arcadia's display... Don't underestimate the power of lineart and a valk display to make you go down the rabbit hole..

Hmm I noticed with some other online stores too..the site I ordered my wolfpack from didn’t seem to list more models after the first initial 2.. Seems the best place to get it now is direct from cal wings? Kinda interested in the tomcatsky..

Don’t know why the color seems so attractive on this pic, probably the camera used ...but the more I see it the more I wish it would come out as displayed... Urgh ...addiction symptoms...reminder to self: do not search for pics of vf-0D until release day...

That seems to be a good option in this case. Just hope someone reviews the 0D in jp right after release as its not bandai which has reviews right after release... anyway no preorder madness so there should be time to see what the final release looks like...

Oh, not weathered per se, but was referring to their initial VF-0D release, with the saturated blue release vs the grey blue promotional pics. On the weathered front, am totally not expecting a weathered/panel-lined release. There was nothing mentioned by arcadia or any press, during wonderfest, on anything remotely like weathered/panel-lined, which definitely would be a plus point to highlight.

I have more or less, lowered my expectation the 0D would come out like the displayed unit. Oh well, as GWB once said...fool me once, shame on you...fool me twice, you cant get fooled again!

I would be blown away if indeed the promo's show it that way....and the more i think abt it, its delusional for me, to expect it coming out looking as detailed as the display unit. Very likely a used prototype which arcadia played around with, panel lining and all... Yeah that's one thing to enjoy, no pre-order madness!
