    Am feeling this is just a run on the A mold which proved it was more desired than the FW 31's. So am also watching to see how it turns out. It looks like a contender for this year's christmas valk release, seeing the new movie should be released near November.

    No word on release details as yet. But I would think it as a regular release, since its a 'new' version of the 31 and will tie in with the movie. It needs to build its widespread demand first.

    If bandai does release another A, maybe the price would dip a bit.. Not sure if the AX would steal the thunder away, since the A has that military-ish appeal..

    I was looking at the armor design between the old and new, there doesn’t seem to be any physical differences. As for the super parts, they sit differently on the new valks, so maybe there are some differences from that point of view. Will see if I want to grab one or two as I already have quite a few 31 valks.

    Haha since bandai doesn’t give us what we want, am merely stating the reverse. Am ok with small light effects here and there, if it enhances the toy display. Yes it would have to be done properly so as not to interfere with the robustness of the toy. It would be a step up for bandai if they could do that. They already are upgrading their gundam PG/MG’s with the same.
