Yeah the lineart back support bar looks way btr and out of the way than the HMR or evo implementations. I guess it was too difficult to follow the lineart, not sure how that would work in physical form, looks like possibility of the disc moving along the top ceiling of the cannon pack, or compression going on at the hinge. Macross lineart is always da bomb. Look at em gorgeous lines, and i thk the HMR captured a lot of it.

Ok Painting painting.. j/king.... am really hoping they release the acrobatic versions now... just will have to wait for sh9000 to customise them till then! Back to the topic at hand, yup they got the proportions and look of the vf2ss pretty down accurate i must say. Cant remember if there was that unslightly bar on the back, holding up the cannon pack on the head, but i guess you cant run away from a form of support. Plus its a nice touch the missile doors on the SAP packs open up and arent just for display. I must say SAP gerwalk mode looks like a total TANK on legs! Yup am wondering how the leg joints also avoid from spreading too far apart in gerwalk mode. There must be a hinge mechanism helping it angle out, but i cant seem to see it. It doesn't look like the HMR has a tilt up mechanism for the wings in gerwalk mode, those hinges seem more attached to the shoulders than the wing. But if the wings do angle up, thats some pretty nifty engineering there!

First time going with AE, so cant comment much on the shipping processing. Anyone with AE exp care to comment? Was looking for a chance to get a shipping bundle together with AE, since was mentioned in the threads that multiple p-bandai orders across months, can be bundled together. Am sure there will be other p-bandai items coming up, like the white drakens or arad's 31, which i want to get some savings on shipping.

Nice, i have gundam markers too but always interested to see any alternatives, just for trying... i have used felt pens, mechanical pencils and of course diluted black/grey paints... just a balance of time and convenience and cost...
