LOL! LOL! There wouldn't be space for the gunpod, going by podcast. Kinda makes sense, cos your arm is already a BFG cannon, shoot to destroy not kill! If the arm cannon "folds" out completely "flat" across both forearms, then maybe there wouldn't be gap issues. Sorta like an undercarriage cover. However cant fanthom how that would look like....would be cool tho that means you got a gun cannon flanked by 2 missile pods underneath! WOW! I love high speed mode in the 19! Thats what makes the 19 a bird of prey, diving into the kill! but yeah whats with the 2 kite thing....bandai must have really really missed putting kites on DX's....

The kai on the left and regular on the right. I suspect bandai used the same blue, however the blue on the kai turned out deeper due to the black. If bandai sprayed on the kai's black and then masked off to spray the blue over it, then the kai's blue would have a slightly deeper tinge. Another indication is the square panels where the lines are darker on the kai.

Hmm it's a three panel wrap on the arm... So the rectangular ratio of the arm cannons somehow works out to be the width of 2 forearms across, when the arm cannons unfold? i don't recall seeing the arm cannons unfolded and re-attached b4!

yea that's the hint on the podcast page too...but i found it more interesting on the way egan discovered it, and where it was sitting on the valk! Its not even worn that configuration in M+....

I wonder if there will be another release of 31's labelled ....... movie version? One thing though i hope in the movie, that the 31A's wouldnt have charger pods!

Looking at all the extra's coming with this 19 release, I hope that bandai still would include the punch effects found in the DX advanced. It would be more relevant for the actual 19, seeing how fists were used in the fight against the 21. ...and what are the odds of including a arm armament unit too!

I wonder what material that gunstrap in a DX valk would be made of...just regular cloth i suppose?

Looking closer at it, the left hand gun seems to have a very long barrel reminiscent of a gatling. Channeling the stampede perhaps? or was there a 1992 LD poster too?

Armored arad? Is it true? Nice find! Those boxy missile packs look intimidating! Good indication for a configuration for missile back pods instead of charger packs. The left side looks like a BFG attachment to a shield instead of it being hand held which is interesting in itself. Glad we got a chance to have an armored version!!

AM CALCULATING AS YOU ASK! OOOH BOY....if going by mirage supers, the missiles are abt 200yen per missile....this would be.....26*200=5200yen added on top of the Advance pricing assuming bandai is not gonna jack it up more! Granted mirages are just regular Reaction Missiles am not sure if these would cost more... I would still get it tho!!! *losing my mind* tot you said charging LOL!

Hmm perhaps bandai doesnt want to be too like arcadia and hence the 1/48th scale. If bandai prices the 1/48th at arcadia 1/60th prices (due to economies of scale), that would hit arcadia hard...
