Isn't the chm-2 the deployable missile located in each leg? From the tamashii page there is only 2 of them arranged in the centre pic, likely indicating location to be stored in the leg.... the mecha manual has it pictured as a high speed missile...

thanks! i looked briefly and so far this is what i understand... The LPP-12 is a beam weapon and, the SPP-8 would then be the payload with the mini heads... Not exactly sure if thats correct...

When delta's episode 1 aired, i really tot they were gonna flesh out hayate to be like john travolta, bringing his fancy footmoves and swagger into battle! Who knows, maybe in the next macross series? -

Woohoo...detailed technical run-thru of specs on the fly! Yeah am glad am not alone in thinking that the gunpod made that some-what alike gatling buzz...Glad that question got settled! Thanks to all the contributors/Pundits who chimed in! All these talk made me check the mecha manual pages, and aside from the GU-15 gunpod reference, i noticed there wasn't any ordinance/payload references....if there is anyone who has em it would be nice to know too! p.s. BANDAI, make figuarts of the M+ folks!!!...no brainer instabuy!

Phwoar.... ordinances on the wings.... Didn't realise it could do twin pylons! add a Gatling gun on the nose and you got an a-10! Well, it does have a gunpod underneath, so close enough?

Maybe to avoid harassment from bandai or even other retailers like ami/hlj who don't even have the chance to sell em, N-Y had to ditch the p-bandai tamashii boxes ... Pure speculation....

I was thinking, how often would license holders be kept in the loop to vet and ok the schemes used? There would be a licensing division to handle it? Toy makers may want to be creative and such, but I don't thk they can simply release schemes, if the licensors themselves don't allow it. Makes you wonder if the licensors bother to look at what's planned, or perhaps they give lots of leeway when it comes to paint schemes...

Yes it is as per expected, with red on the outside, similar to the yamcardia's. However sometimes a scene in the anime will be completely opposite...

Maybe no one noticed, but the inner thigh on the 19's battroid mode left leg seems to be of a slightky darker shade. Like after an outing at the beach wearing shorts... I just hope it's just lighting playing tricks. The shade on the HMR VT-1 had me spooked a bit on bandai's control of the color process...

Balanced, in the sense that the kite and NETFC take up a WIDE area on one side, so there is WIDE element on the other side to balance. It doesn't necessary need to be the same size as the kite is a logo and not a font. Flight before Test or vise versa, chalk it down to japanese interpretation. Or maybe NETFC sounds better than NEFTC..... In fact i think the alternative could be base instead of center but that's nit-picking...

I can understand why the lettering is large, which is to achieve visual balance across the wings. So in that regard bold lettering would be a better choice. Its aesthetics i suppose, a bold and loud design choice! Something which i wish the 31S and F emblems on the DX should have been....bigger! Discussing bold tampo reminded me of a certain bike...lol...

Correct. maybe m the only one but I like the lettering on the wings! It has an old school vibe to it... Especially in battroid it looks gangster, with lettering hanging on the side.
