That debutted at the SDCon. Everyone was going nuts when they screened it. I had to run out because I was afraid it was going to turn into the world's biggest circle jerk. Not a big fan of Robert Rodriguez but I guess he impressed FM with whatever short he shot to get him to be a co-director/collaborator. Hope it turns out well. I have the same problem with RR as I do with Tim Burton, where they prefer the look of a set more than a live action look.

But Pearl Harbor was garbage (..the movie not the actual event). I'd rather say that it's more akin to Saving Private Ryan. Ah.....that feels a lot better. Well. Now that I think about it Pearl Harbor DID have a love triangle. D'oh. Pearl Harbor was a rip off too. There was a series in the 90's called Homefront that had the same love triangle and it copied scenes from there too. The only shot worth watching was shown over and over in the trailer, which was the bomb dropping.

Macross: The Complete has a track without the voice IIRC. That was fun to listen to. her speaking voice is too trippy for me. She must sound like she's dubbing an anime ALL THE TIME. OK, enough Kyun Kyun for now... back to the Pixies...

Gee... here I was hating ABC because 99% of their shows suck. Alias is good, though. Honestly can't think of another show on that network that I ever watch. because they cancel all the good shows. I only watch Alias right now, but I'm always afraid that they're about the cancel it. Yet, Bob Saget had 2 shows for a number of years. Heh... don't forget Regis... salt ===> wounds

I hope they forget about the existing Batman movies altogether. Batman and Batman Returns were ok in their day, but in hindsight they were more "Tim Burton" than they were "Batman." Amen!

I think it's gonna be a whole new direction. The batmobile is suppose to be a tank as in the Dark Knight Returns comic book.

I'm jealous!!! I always wanted the Vermillion Team, hopefully this summer. Kakizake is too reddish for my taste but it looks excellent, especially as a group. I think Roy feels left out. After all, they're still part of the skull squadron.

Line Of Fire is a season replacement show. They showed it while NYPD Bleah was on hiatus. As of now, there's no plans to continue it but hopefully it did well enough to where they decide it should. Great show. Solid storytelling. I hate ABC because you can't count on them. They show Alias once a month right now.
