Dude, chill, this aint' the JP Morgan forum. If you have a problem with him collecting Macross toys then you're in the wrong place.

Hello, Please correct me if I'm wrong, but it would appear that the majority of parts for the 1/48 DYRL first issues and re-issues are interchangeable, while bearing in mind the upgrades made to the re-issues such as the better nosecone attachment and the flaps. I mean of course not including common sense differences such as the head, heatshield, wings and pilot, the parts from a VF-1S or a VF-1A are identical. So to say you need R-L2 and L-L2 from a Hikaru 1A specifically is moot, because as I mentioned most of the parts excluding the variations do not require a specific valkyrie to be used as a donor. As such, I'll be happy with the parts from a 1A Max/Hikaru or a 1S Roy/Hikaru. A separate thread would be a great idea, and a pinned one would be even better. Sincerely, Christopher I would think most of the valks that Neova parts out are 1S type, because of the demand for the heads. But aside all that the parts are all interchangeable.

Man, I hope he got a lot of 'tang after that movie. It was like a guide on 'how to date' if you had a couple of million dollars lying around.

Brosnan is kidding himself if he thinks he has a career outside of Bond. Who does he think he is? Connery? Does anyone remember any of his non Bond/non Remington role? Edit: mespliled wrods!

Nice assessment Drew, I say you got it spot on. The only thing worth looking at from the first film were the bat-vehicles and the costume (except for the fact he couldn't turn his neck, Vader style) I was thinking more at the time that Willem Dafoe would have made the perfect Joker, but now he's the Green Goblin, so I guess he fulfilled his need to be a smiley baddie in my book. As far as Bruce Wayne himself, I was hoping they would have picked Bruce Willis himself (back then, not now). As I said before, Nolan's inspiration for this movie is Ridley Scott, mostly the look of Blade Runner. Ridley Scott, the saint of celluloid (or digital film, whatever he uses now!)

Information Needed Regarding Resin Kit
EXO replied to ChristopherB's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
The Murakumo Mechs don't transform. Add: I'll be at E3 this year, maybe I can ask around. I doubt if there's going to be any info on any kits. This is probably one of the worst game ever. But the mech designs are incredible. -
looks the same to me as the first batman movie, except no yellow logo. Looks OK. But I'll wait for the trailers.

Macross 7 should have been based around Sivil. All Sivil, all the time. But then again there would have been a few episodes where she floated still in that orb... yeah, that would have been more interesting to watch....

or which carrier goes on which arm... but hell, it's just a coloring book. Those artists don't make crap.

I don't like his face color.....and is it just me or does his robot mode look plasticky.... It's less of a transformation as it is just peeling away the car. Pretty ugly in bot mode. -

Unless they release something else infront of him...he'll be the first Decepticon Binaltech/Alternator... -
Man, you not only joined the club, you became the president!

That's exactly what I was thinking... the Batwing... Well if you want dark 1:18 scale vehicles, there's always the Munsters car and "the Death Machine" car from Animal House...

I actually have the pokemon merchandising guide on my desk (next to my scooby doo, power ranger and yu-gi-oh ones) and I occasionally flip through it. Did you know pokemon has it's own typeface? and i thought i had problems. hehehe the only people to blame for all this collecting madness is EBAY. if it wasn't for ebay, no one would really know about all the varients of XYZ product nor would anyone even care. theres always fan sites but no one there was bragging about how they got the boba fett with the silver rocket pack...they'd just assume they had the same one everyone else has. its sellers on ebay that created this craze with long descriptions and pointing out small flaws in the products. i hate ebay! I think eBay is the outlet for MW type speculations. The internet is largely to blame. But it's also a deterrent against this type of thing. I remember I went to a job location in 1995 and there was a small toy store nearby. My ex-gf was with me and we decided to check it out. I was hoping to run into some Takatokus or Bandais. Instead we ran into the Woody and Buzz Lightyear. This was before they were in the Toys R' Us and other stores. I was gawking at them and the guy tried really hard to sell the to me for $75 each. I decided against it and went home to my, then dial up connection. After looking around the net for a while I saw them for $50 somewhere else. But alas, my ex went back to th store and got the toys for me anyway. I felt bad when they flooded the market with those toys when the sequel came out. The internet is just a tool... it all goes back to collectors, hoarders and speculators. Here, other boards, as much as Ebay.

I don't think Yamato underestimated the desirability of the Low-Viz, but the Low-Viz became desirable when people learned of their limited status. Sure there are a few that really wanted one, but as far as collectability, it wasn't a concern until they became apparently scarce. If there were as many LVs out there as the canon releases I don't think they would have hit the ridiculous heights that they did a couple of weeks ago and may again. It may have very well been the least wanted of all schemes.

I still see series 1 on ebay once and a while. For an exaggerated price. It was supposed to be rereleased but so far... no word.

I've looked thru this thread and haven't seen anything about Dead End... BBTS has him for preorder around Sept. GT version instead of the RT that Lambo was. -
I suggest removing that "email" option off the bottom of your posts. I received a couple of those and they never worked. Always takes me to a dead link. I assume MN might have sent it that way as he did to me.

Nah, can't be. Maybe you need to reinstall your Java. I don't think anyone else has that problem. It has to be within your PC. I have the same setup at a couple different locations. That or you have to do the hokey pokey after everytime you hit OK. That's what I do and it works everytime.
