Those matchbos toys had better quality than a toynami at least. It was a real toy. I kinda liked them next to my 1/55s and the Invids looked great next to the Alphas... the engineereing was good for it's day. Now... that ugly veritech... that was one big mistake...

Are you sure? I thought that in DYRL-continuity, they were married as giants. That would be the scene which was dropped from DYRL, but which was recreated in M7. Edit: I really don't like the ridiculously long hair. As far as the gown they are wearing, it was worn as micronians. Remember the pic with them walking and there were both male and female behind them? Besides who would marry them as giants. Meltran wedding ceremonies are unheard of, I'd presume. If they do exist, I'd like to see the homeymoon vids...

a script would no more mean, splicing out the characters and other stuff that would be impossible to do on a volunteer basis and still have a good linear sequence to watch. Not exactly writing a whole new story. I can also volunteer a reneder farm-type set up that me and my friend can put together.

They seem to be around the same size if you compare the figure that came with the Q-Rau and the CMs. And since the CMs turned out to be Yamatos I'd say it was the same sculptor. The heads also seem to be interchangeable as the CM figures are, that's just a guess based on the lines on her head and the helmet. The wedding Millia is not 1/60 scale. I'd say it's closer to 1/15 or what ever scale the CMs are. There was a pic that showed that they were married as microns. Hopefully this means Max figures are coming as well as a Blue Q-Rau. It's be silly to sell a Millia bride figure and not a groom one. I'm just scared what type of custom Vostok is planning with that Max fig.

Potato bugs make me squemish, but these and Abombz's Brazilian monstrosities are just sick. But it isn't photoshopped. As Max said, if you look at the sleeve beside the spider and the guy bending down to look at it, they're not as big as the look next to the legs. I'd say they're about the size of normal man's palm. They're still huge though.

It's based on the concept not the book. Looks good so far. Jackie Chan is cool!

While it is true that MW was created to find 14 through 30 year old male virgins who live in Mom's basement for their blood, it is also true that since Agent One came around there have been significantly less stock. Thats not quite what I meant. There was no smiley that sufficed so I had to create my own...

I prefer the single pod version more and it seemsto me that the underside of the ship is more interesting than the top. IMO.

I thought the same thing Sithlord... but then I thought about Alex Ross's pencils and sketches, which alone blows away the competition. But it's still like comparing apples and oranges though. Or an apple tree to an orange...

Oh he also did the character designs for Tenchu. The japanese version had his illustration for the cover.

No Samura's only other work besides piups and covers is Ohikkoshi. A romantic comedy manga. And a bunch of S&M drawings that would make Shirow's Man-Horse porn look like kid's stuff... Anyway, here's the reply from Andy... he's the go to guy on Samura's stuff... I remember discussing this movie with the group a few months back. But have yet to see it.
